Style of writing: Flowed flawlessly. Not many like that. Impressive.
Spelling & Grammer: Bound to be grammatical errors, but good nonetheless. Who cares when it flows easily.
Originality/creativity: Personally, the prospect of newly introduced characters in any fanfic daunts my interest because they are practically very difficult to develop to fans' already-set interests; however, think you opening the story from Isan's pov gradually drew my regard --though weak at first, enough by the end of ch.1 for me to crave more. Nicely done. But your mix of Isan and SXS scenes are still a must. Anyway, I'm convinced that liking Isan is very possible, and that's enough evidence of a developing good fic --though I'm still a bit disgusted --sorry-- with Squall's new odd "ability" --but Isan's existence and role is what counts.
Enjoyment: Not necessarily "fun" but appealing in a calm sort of way --the kind of story that could grow on one if written nicely. Kind of like playing FF7 --new but not really either --but has a lot of potential --though FF7 lived up to that of course.
