Wooohhh!!! Ilove M/K fics and this one is exceptional! I didn't like the alternate ending tho. Poor Miroku.

hey! omg! wow! i LOVE this story! sigh, it made me cry! i have a miroku/kagome/inuyasha/hojo fic going on, n i dont noe where its going either! lol. whell thanx for riting such a great story n i'll read you sequel too okay! Ai-Lani

Here goes nothing ...
The Ending:
Pros: It was original and intense! Plus, it leaves room for a sequel!! ^_~ And, if you wanted to be true to the pairing, you could STILL have the sequel end up as an I/K (but the idea of a Inu/Sango DOES sound like a challenge for any author-- I think you could pull it off:).
Cons: *sniff* POOR Sango and Inuyasha!! Waaahhh!! Everyone deserves SOMEbody!! And Sango is SUCH a cool woman NOT to have somebody!! And Inu, well ... it's up to fate(and circumstance), I suppose. ;)

The "Alternate" Ending:
Pluses:
*sniffles* I LOVED it!!! Why? It's just so natural/sweet/RIGHT!! *swoons* It was perfect. ^_~
Cons: Uhhhh..... it's over?? *lol* That's about all I can think of. ^_^

Looking at both endings, I can't help but wonder ... is "love" merely circumstancial? *braces for the barrage of bombs/grenades/tomatoes/rotting vegitables/sharp pointy objects/etc*
Think about it ... two sides (or more, really) of the coin. On one side, Kagome chooses Miroku and the other, well... you know. ;) *shrugs* Kind of like that movie "Sliding Doors" with Gwenyth Paltrow. On the OTHER hand ... that's more of a "destiny" movie. *shrugs again* I think too much. -_- So I guess what I'm REALLY trying to say is ... I have NO idea what I'm talking about. *lol*
Love and Circumstance. Sounds like a story/movie/whatever title to me. *heh* If you want to use that, Jewels Light, (I don't know WHY you would, but I'm just saying you can because you're worthy:) for the sequel(s), then there you go!:)
Hm. *the wheels are turning* But if you don't jump on it, then I might just have to use it someday... but most likely NOT as an Inuyasha fanfiction. (I don't know CRAP about the show and since CartoonNetwork took it off I probably never will unless I win the lottery and buy the manga series and dvds when they come out -_-)
Hell, right now, if pretty much ANYone wants to write a fic with that title or along those lines, just email me, we can discuss your idea, and I'll most likely back you 100%!! ^_~
ANYway... sequel, sequels, or no sequels, I'm a fan of this series. ^_^ Great job! |

AGGGHH!!! A four-way cliffy!?!?!? You're mad, simply MAD, I say!! Not that that's a bad thing. ;)
Suspenseful. And whatever ending (and possibly pairing(s)) you have ... I just want you to know that I love this story because it pushes buttons. All the characters' buttons as well as the readers/reviewers.
Honestly, I'm kind of dissappointed that Sango wasn't just a TINY bit jealous of the attention Kagome's getting. 'Cause for most of us ... it's Inu/Kag and Mir/San all the way. ;)
And I still fully support your idea to have 3 (yes, all three!!) endings-- kind of like the alternate endings to movies!! I mean, you could write--just for example--a sad ending first (or the one you'd least like to write) and see how people react. Then, I'd say write the other two endings with YOUR favorite being the last(or possibly true) ending. ^_^

^_^ It's very well- written! I'm a big fan of Inu/Kag, but this is a really great fic! Every once in a while i read a pairing i don't usually like, just to keep things interesting and I'm glad I decided to read this one (Allthough, I have to admit, at first I thought it was Kagome/ Houjo).
Anywho, please update asap! Your fans want more! (not that you seem to have a problem with prompt updates.) |
