heartheartheartheart! excellent style of writing, very true to character, i love the little sango and miroku bits that are thrown in, gradually building their relashioship. there are a few logic gaps. like, when eri and yuka and etc came for the wedding, why were no mention of ears made? not even an "inuyasha quickly recited the spell to bring up his human blood", and even if that was so, did kagome learn said spell overnight? or is her family so dense/accepting as not to notice? don't mean to be accusatory there, but it bugged me to have such a blaring oversight in an otherwise enjoyable story. some of the themes are a bit inu-fic cliche, like the idea of them sharing a lifespan when they mate, and inuyasha being forced to go to school with kagome. and yet, the clicheness of those themes was well tempered by your excellent writing style. i was able to get into the story quite easily, and the character interaction is just perfect. makes me think it was a shame that inuyasha's father didn't think of the blood spell with HIS mortal mate, izayoi. may i also hazard a guess that you either haven't seen the third inuyasha movie, or are ignoring inuyasha's supposed age, (as the movie reveals)? kouga seems a tiny bit out of character, but that only is so because the events have changed him. in fact, i loved how he was so noble in accepting inuyasha's ancestry and abiding by the youkai law please email me. i would love to talk more about the story and inu zabchan@yahoo.com
