Engima, I can only say this once. I love your Saiyuki fics. *faints over Shattering and has to have the two soulmates revive her* Um, ok, I'm fine now. I love the Arc storyline and you have me Hakkai and Goyjo my favorite couple. I really want to see the next book in the Encounters Arc. I want to see what twist you have in mind for this couple really soon. Star Lin

I just finished reading three of your stories in this arc. All I can say is "WOW". You've really brought these characters to life. I like this pairing & hope to see a little something happen with Sanzo and Goku too in the future. These were so good. I was up to 2:30 am the other night trying to finish as many chapters as I could. I had three cups of coffee the next morning to get jump-started for work but it was more than worth it. Please write more stories soon.

Thanks for this beautiful story. I was wondering how you would deal with Hakkai's memory recovering, and you made it so very skillfully (hum... does this word exist? I hope it does...) ! His heart knew before his mind ! So good ! Thank you very much again... (bow low) I would be glad to read a future encounter arc book 5...

That was a wonderful chapter! And I agree with SG, your muses deserve a thank you. But come on, your humor muse must have had something to do with Sanzo actually being "human" and not an overbearing brat ^_^ Although I think it's great he was being so ... um ... understanding? of the situation, his way of dealing with it was a bit humorous (to me anyway). Oh yeah, before I forget, kudos for being able to actually remember (let alone SPELL) Jien's new name. I'd have to have the thing taped to the monitor to pull THAT one off and I'd probably still get it wrong! The more I try, the more it evades me ^_^

I love this arc! These is the best Saiyuki fics I've come across so far. I only wish it had taken Hakkai a little longer to regain his memory. All that angst was strangely satisfying (does that make me a masochist or a sadist... uhm.) Please keep writing! This fandom desperately needs talented and thoughtful authors like you!

"I think that whatever we once had got burnt up in that fire like a lot of other shit did, too" - Gojyo. Those sentence is like a blow to the whole arc's story and to me too .. and it really hurt soo bad.. and it manage to make me cry...

First, I just wanted to thank you for the little hello before the chapter (so nice!!!). Anyway, I hope I'm not the only french reader. If you're interested, we're seemingly a few to know Saiyuki in France, there're even fanfics writers among them (Here you could see "les liens du sang" and a lot of others - or maybe not so much, too bad - on the french side in ff.net : I should do advertising for my friend Flojirô's stories...). Reading fanfictions is a good way not to let rust my english, even if my writing in english is an insult to this language (well, nobody's perfect...). Just that, and thanking your muses, too (bright girls!) for this new chapter. I hope you won't let Gojyo (or us, for that matter) too much time in this state !!! I like very much the way Sanzo is more involved in the story than he was in the other ones, too... Looks like he can be a sensitive guy (sometimes) !! Bye. SeaGull. (it's my usual penname, but I couldn't use it here :there's too much seagulls on this damn site, too bad !)

Well, I wandered back! Just read the entire arc. Forgive my not reviewing the others, but I was so caught up in the arc that I wanted to read it all the way through. I enjoyed the entire works immensely! They're all beautiful stories that when melded together, are as interesting as the series itself. Wonderful story! I will definitely be back for updates.

This is a wonderful story and I'm glad I found it! Poor Hakkai! Poor Gojyo! I understand Sanzo's concern about his group falling apart because of Hakkai's amnesia. After all they've been through to be brought to a standstill over something like this. I'm going to have to come back and read the rest since it's OMG in the morning right now, but I will be back ^_^

Hum, OK : I'm french and they ask me to rate an english fanfic, written by an english-talking man: I'd just say it's odd, that's why I've completed only one blank, the only one I can really appreciate. (Sorry) Anyway, I've read the other "books" of the encounter arc, but it's only recent that's why I never reviewed before (and because I can't on FF.net because of the login thinggie). Do I really have to mention how much I've appreciated it? But I must say that your first steps in tragedy are… Whooo! Like a pang in the gut ! But I rather prefer the following chapters' tone (adaptation of the other four to the new situation, etc...) because your style is so sensitive... (I'm admirative). Oh! and two more last little things : 1° The sculpture Sanzo is thinking about is the Michel-Ange's pieta in Rome (so beautiful and moving, indeed)? Anyway, I like the idea of the really open education given by Koumyou Sanzo… 2° Have you ever thought of an encounter arc about Kou and Doku : there's really a lack of fics which could tell about their meeting, prior the anime? I hope reading the last three chapters soon!!

ano.. gomen.. i dunno how to give remarks for your fic..i've read fatefull encounter, happy birthday baby, best wishes gojyo, and many others..i'm sorry for not reviewing your story before..i'm quite new in fanfiction world..demo, i'm trying my best to conclude all your fic in one review.. gomenasai.. umm.. frankly.. i love all your fic..it's fun..romantic..full of suspen and angst.. and *uhummhh* satisfying..*hihihi*.. even though it is quite ooc.. but i think that it might be a possibilities for the saiyuki's family to behave/think/act like that..so.. i wish all the best for your latest fic. and i'll try my best to read all your latest fic.. so... ganbatte neh..!!
