HOERAY *does a dance* i luft it and sorry for being such a sap these days people i dunno what it is -_-' anyhow if i was blind i would scream my lungs out eternal darkness? i rather be dead..although we dont exactly know if thats beter or not now do we?! oh dear im getting sappy again -_-' keep up the good work!

Why did G have to clear his throat when he did? Grrr! Heero was stepping out of his comfort zone and had caught Duo off guard! It was a precious moment between the two. Now it's just a matter of making sure Duo doesn't start believing his own muddled self-talk. Thanks for taking time to get this chapter out!

Gah!!! Poor Duo - it's so sad the way he explains the disappointment that accompanies all the "mights" and "maybes" regarding his blindness. It's certainly something I've never considered. I think the only way Heero will succeed is if he handles this like a mission - he's guaranteed to put 110% of himself into his "talk" with Duo by doing that. I'm keeping my fingers crossed... You're still doing a great job!

I wonder if Heero noticed any similarities between himself and Shin. Heck, I know Quatre was amused, so maybe he picked up on the influence they all had on Shin's personality. Too bad Duo wasn't conscious to hear all that's been said. It's good to see Heero reach that turning point. I look forward to seeing how he reacts to Duo once he knows Duo is OK - especially when Jason and Derek are there.

Oooh, nice cliffhanger ending in chapter 12. Why am I not surprised by that? I adore the personality Duo (meaning YOU) has infused "Shin" with. The analogy between Shin and someone worried about their spinster daughter was a good one! Derek's words of advice were sound, but I'm glad to see that they didn't magically make Duo "see the light" - how often does that REALLY happen? However, they are out there, and you never know when they might sink in. Also adds that element of a potential love triangle, if the circumstances were right. Right now it's all nebulous, but that helps illustrate Duo's struggle. Wufei's timing is almost too perfect. Ah, drama!

*gasps* How could you leave a cliffy at a moment like this? Will Wufie kill Duo? Will Heero save Duo? Will the apocolypse come about sending everyone into a raging hell before the cheesecakes come, seeing as all my vegetibles are in the correct alignment and doing an angrey jig?!?!? Whew, this is rough! You've really wrung poor Duo through some... stuff. But, when one needs to get away from a bad situation, one will do whatever it takes, ne? Very interesting idea - making him blind; but did you have to cut... I can't say it.... :( *Sniffle* Maybe it'll give Heero some food for thought: can he accept Duo back (if Duo will let him), knowing there may be some extra effort required to adapt to the blindness. Oh, I love how you let Quatre grow a pair! Yeah, he's cute and lovable, but once in awhile it's good to remember what he does for a living. Thanks for not keeping us hanging forever between updates, too. This is too good of a fic to have to wait too long for, kiddo.
