Awww... This is so cute! Very few people write good PTS Syndrome fics in the Gundam genre and this one is very nice! I like how you handled Hilde as well, the intrigue with thinking she was a villain at the beginning and by the end she was compeletely redeemed. And there's something about having Duo play "A Beautiful Mind: The Home Game" was great. Giving a whole new angle on the relationship. Me likes lots!!

WAA! what a beautiful ending. Man Heero's finally with his love only to figure out that Duo's physical mental break down was all because of some stupid mix up with the hospital meds!! Angsty baby angsty. I thought it was brilliant that Heero thought to reenact the scene to give Duo some closure and it Worked!! It brought him back! Man when 'wannaplaywithDoggieandnothingelseDuo' surfaced and unexpectingly told Heero he loved him, I wanted to collapse on the floor cry with Heero *sniffles*

'Most people don't even have that'. Truer words. A great ending, not too sappy, with Heero dealing with the damage and doing the best he can, and accepting what can't be changed (well, Duo probably has to go to a lot of acceptance as well). A lovely fic, thanks for posting.

What a beautiful fic, even though most of the time my eyes were puffy and red and my nose was running. I absolutely love Heero's determinedness (is that a word?) through what would appear to be brick walls to a "normal" person. The last chapter and epilogue were... amazing. I could stomp my feet and scream, "What happened to the damned riding off into the sunset?" but if I was honest, how many times in real life does that ever happen? The final sentence described everything I love about Heero & Duo. I was right there with Heero, going through my umpteenth box of Kleenex. Loved it, loved it, loved it! I hope you continue to write fanfics for a very long time, no matter how busy with RL and famous you become!

Really good, emotionally. it made me cry. that's so sweet, and sad too.oh It's so lovely. I thikn it's beautiful..This is really good. I mean *really.* I could never write like this, with so much feeling. Great job! OH! I love this story Simply adored this chapter, Two thumbs WAYWAY up! *wink*

Another story completed and what a bitter sweet ending it has. Thanks for the (at times) anxious read and for an ending that, although it wasn't quite a happily ever after, it was enough to elicit a sigh.

Another amazing fic. Very touching, and such a wonderfully different take on the 01x02 relationship. And thanks for that ending, too. I won't spoil it here, but you did a great job not taking the usual easy paths.

I always admire how realistic your fics are, but a medical goof up with such tragic results is maybe too realistic. At least if it were a nefarious plot, someone would eventually get his butt kicked. Not that I doubt for a moment that Heero will find out who did what to Duo and the dog originally and that justice will prevail. But the fic isn't about Duo, really, is it? It's Heero who esentially closed himself off with a type of near madness and who is healing even as Duo falls apart. It's like they have a sort of balance that has to be maintained between them.

What a heartbreaking chapter. I figured something horrible had happened to the dog and Duo had seen it. I felt bad for 'hating' Hilde now that I found out she had to deal with Heero's third degree after shouldering all of Duo's care on her own for so long. Once Heero explained how much time had passed, Duo seemed fairly lucid. I just sobbed when he tried to explain his feelings; how he could never hate Heero. ""You have always been right here." He touched his chest." Wwwaaaaaaahhhhhh! That's not insanity! And you gotta love Heero's determination to stick by Duo no matter what now that he knows about the damage that the "accidental" drug has caused. Note to self: pick up more Kleenex tomorrow.

Poor Hilde, must have been scared to death! Hmf, I'm divided. Part of me thinks there's still a conspiracy out there...the other thinks it would be different and an interesting direction for the story to have been no conspiracy, nothing but an accident and people doing their best. It happens. At least Heero's now fully confronted his feelings and is willing to pursue them. Can't wait to see where this goes now.

I love this story and it is a good story .I wish I had time to write more but I have to go sit with my daughter Jillian ..She is sick and I just took a break to check my mail ..So thanks for the update and please update again soon...

Wow, this chapter really took off fast. You defused some of the tension, but added new. Poor Heero, but you seem to give us some hope. Look forward to new chapters!
