Hey, I liked this. The watcher sounds like a vampire, especially the part about not being harmed by false light. I was thinking about writing a vampire fic for NGE, and if your intention is for him(the watcher)to be a vampire, then I would be more than happy to help you in writing this fic(even if hes not I'd still help).
