Saw this recommended over at Green Tea, and just spent a very enjoyable couple of hours reading the fic so far. I treat AUs as original works for the most part, and in this case, your Inuyasha and Kagome are practically orignal characters. I think you've done a terrific job with cranking up the sexual tension between these two, while putting up real and very difficult obstacles to their relationship. Your Inuyasha, in particularly, is a nuanced character, which is both rare and refreshing in a fanfic world dominated by cardboard bad boys. My main criticism so far is your "B" story--there doesn't seem to be a lot at stake personally for I & K in solving the mystery. Given that Inuyasha is fairly wealthy, *why* is he working at the cinema, anyway? It's difficult, degrading work under Naraku's management. And why does Inuyasha care so much about proving Naraku's embezzlement? It doesn't seem to have a lot to do with Inuyasha directly...so far, at least. And without knowing what's at stake personally for our main characters, I'm finding this storyline a little less interesting despite the unusual setting--very interesting peek behind the scenes at a cinema, BTW. But overall, a great romance so far with some interestingly spicy twists and turns. I look forward to future chapters!

Now that I think about is bad kittie is right...when that shit of InuYasha's business hits the fan it's gonna stank. And i wouldn't want to be around either Kagome or InuYasha when it does...their the aggressive type and we wouldn't mix...i like ppl to bow down to me in an argument...you can keep arguing but don't think I'm gonna let you win..and boy do I hold a grudge.

Okay here we go again. I like this chapter but not as well as the first few ones. I still think he should change his mind and act on his instincts. I mean my motto when i was underage was don't get caught...it's the thrill of the older man. now it just doesn't seem the same. I would love to see a nicely built half naked InuYasha and boy does that sound tempting. I like the fact that InuYasha is willing to what for Kagome and that Kagome doesn't want to wait. man if she could only catch InuYasha off guard and make him lose controll on his restraint...is that how you spell it...?...oh well. I don't like that term jailbait either but what can we do about it...if we're not 18 or within 4yrs of their age that's what we're considered. I would like to think they like us more to battle the law...the chickens...I mean if you don't get caught you have nothing to worry about....keep up the GOOD WORK SOMETHING ABOUT IT JUST KEEPS MAKING ME COME BACK FOR MORE. EVEN AFTER THE WHOLE GAY BI THING. IN THIS STORY IT FITS HIS PERSONALITY. I LOVE A MAN WITH FANGS. ROCK ON!!!

I really got into the scene with Inu and Kagome b/c they needed to have this major confrontation. Why do I get the feeling it is far from over? What was on that piece of paper that Tamisha had? Is Inuyasha going to be able to resist or will he break down? Seems his self-control is barely on a thread. Is quitting and finding another job an option for Kagome? it could eliminate the problem-but then, who would help him reveal Naraku? Has she been keeping notes and do they go over them? I guess I have a bunch of questions this time-I'm glad you gave us more a peek into Kagome's life and history-You do a marvelous job talking about issues that lurk beneath the surface-many authors shy away from the things you talk about-looking forward to more-And I wonder if Kagome is even aware of her deviant tendencies? Or was she too busy being embarassed? And boy is the s**** gonna hit when Inuyasha's 'business' gets out! You know Kouga won't keep his mouth shut!

Wow! I have read every chapter up 'til now, and I have to say, man can you write! I promise to review every chapter after this one, and I have to say, your take on Inuyasha and his actions is very interesting. I'm glad I found this fic, and I think your art is interesting. I saw your art through those links you posted here, and I love your 3-D wallpaper you did on Inuyasha, it's gracing my comp as you read this. You are awesome! Thanks for sharing your talent, and I've noticed some awesome parts in your story that have touched me as far as my child hood. I used to have family who lived in Coon Rapids, but the family broke up, so I no longer visit Minnesotta. Thanks for sharing you talent, and I hope to visit Hell's Kitchen if I ever get the chance to come up! Plus, I live in Illinois, Chicago suburbs! This story is just awesome, and you have a new fan! How did Naraku get away w/hitting people with a baseball bat?! Whoa! Isn't that illegal? Why didn't everyone in there jump his ass? This is scary! I know peeps who would have waited for him when he got off work, snuck up on him from behind and beat the crap out of him! He broke that kid's hip! And Kagome-damn! so close but not cigar! I know she wanted to punch his sorry scum licking ass in the face- and Inuyasha is barely in check at this point! I htouhgt he was going to jump her in the car- this is all getting sooo crazy- I can't believe Naraku is getting away with this! Grrr! Somebody beat his ass and Kagura's too! Please!

not a bad chapter. I liked it. I wish inuYasha would act on his instincts, all he has to do is not get caught. Simple,don;t fuck in movie house and aound mother. and if they report Naraku to the fucking cops he will go down. Or they can level the playing field. anonymous shit, get even without ever getting even. If InuYasha's the only demon in this fic then he could certainly do it without getting caught. come on people think. Naraku has all the power because no one's made him wary enough to watch his back. And Kagome started out bitchy then she when bithcy eek, what happened?? I mean she should speak her mind a little more. don't you think?
