Surfing LJ can be very dangerous to your free time. :D I wish you luck at that. People are just too interesting. It's best to create a friends list that you know you want to keep up on and just stick to it. Interesting chappie here. I loved Duo typing out Wufei's report word-for-word... :D My favorite line? "…Sorry, I just…I…." Wufei rubbed his face until his skin ached. A scream was ringing in his ears- or maybe it was a wild whoop of joy- The changes in Wufei have been subtle, but constant. I love it. "seven Gs" .... the first and second time I read this line I thought Duo was talking about pressure... G-force. It's Gigabytes, right? "Gigs" might be better, to avoid confusion. *shrugs* The following is also a beautifully written line: Wufei glanced back breathlessly at the progress bar, its creeping red line slowly slicing away the tether that kept him linked to the Outside.

Ha, finally, something like this had to happen. so, either Wufei gets a medal after the smoke has settled or he is going to stay on Freeport. I am certain that Duo wouldn't mind him staying there. And I think that Wufei might be more happy as a ratcatcher on Freeport than a ratcatcher for the Preventers.

Please ignore the hideous grammatical error in the second sentence of my last review. @.@;; I'm doing too many things at the same time. I also would like to add that the choice of 'Lance' does well to set him aside from the other Freeport denziens... the phallic connotations to the name make me giggle, now that I think about it. I'm surprised Duo didn't comment more on the name... but perhaps he was less secure in his ability to push Wufei in certain areas. Now that things are more relaxed between them, Lance hasn't really come up. It also seems that in this chapter you're setting up Wufei to stay there on Freeport (for at least as long as Duo's there). It'll be interesting to see if he does end up having to make that choice, and if he does, what he eventually decides. He's getting closer to Duo... feeling a bond I don't think he's allowed himself to feel before. And I don't see Duo living anywhere else. Despite Wufei's realistic 'man in every port' version of romance, he seems like the loyal type -- moreso with true friends than bedfellows. *blinks* There was a point in there somewhere.

Gack! I doubt Trowa's words aren't going to go over well. I wonder what the council member is more annoyed at: his schedule being broken *rolls eyes*, the fact that there -was- an undercover preventer, or the fact that said preventer will be leaving (without the real job being done). I have to laugh at the idea of Wufei penciling 'SEX' into his daily organizer. But what you say about the two men makes sense. Aside from the ending line, nothing loudly major happened in this chapter... but I like that fact. After all the action and sex, a nice reflective chapter that digs a little deeper into the characters was just what I'd been wanting. Take your time with the next few chapters (although I'll be sorely missing the updates!). I know how rough it is in planning things out so that the story ends up where it should.

Gee, you make sex fun! and nothing trite or unoriginal about it. It is so fun to watch the tiny cracks in their armour appear. My only quibble - Lance? Sounds too much like a stereotype.

That was a positive fuffly lemon, at least by their standards! With the way you write Wufei, I can see him wanting everything to be just so. And I like the little twist of Wufei possibly being "more" experienced in certain areas than Duo. And there's that anarchy thing again. Can't wait to see where you take this whole thing. Good job as always.

Yay! We finally see the tat! Not what I was expecting but much better and more Duo-y than something schmaltzy. Both of them are still afraid to betray their feelings, but I trust you will keep badgering them in that direction. Excellent and unpredictable.

Yikes! I was kinda worried that they'd have to fight the Trolls. Glad they didn't have to - could have been messy. I thought Duo wasn't going to react to Wufei's confession, but I guess I was wrong - he just wanted to wait until they were alone before he beat the stuffing out of him. Please update soon, cause you know I love it! (And I'm not the only one, obviously).
