Wow. So sad! Similar thing happened to my friend. Her mom died after having a second baby, the kids were sent to live with the grandparents, and no one was allowed to talk about what had happened. Creepy, yes? Everything eventually worked out for the family, but there were a few tough years. Poor Nez. She must feel so guilty but is seems Ryo is just what she needs. I love how you write Ryo. He seems so inexperienced and impulsive but he's trying so hard to pull himself together. He really comes across as young. I love how Inuyasha turned out in this fiction. We don't see much of him but when he does grace us I love his confidence and maturity. He really comes across as undisputed alpha male. Kagome "growed him up nice." Someday Ryo will have that calm self assurance but for now I'm enjoying his gangly awkwardness.

Well maybe just a little guilt:-) Actually, I was having a sad day and the idea that you weren't going to write anymore was the coup de gras. It literally brought me to tears. Twice, once when I read the a/n and a second time when I came back to review. Ah, such is your masterful power over me. A bad day can always be brightened by the privilege of visiting the universe you've created and a good day can be made even better. It's amazing the effect a few well written paragraphs of text can have. I am gladly in your thrall. Thanks for the pleasure of reading your work.

ALL RIGHT!!!!!! That was excellent. Now we're finally getting some insight into why Nez is as emotionally closed-off as she is - and needy. My question remains: How can someone with THAT many years of cumulative, repressed emotion learn to TRUST Ryo in a different way? I mean, I understand the trust in the friendship, but he took the 'friendship' to a completely different place and that alone puts them on shaky ground to begin with. I still think she'd deal better with the whole mate-for-life thing if she had a serious heart-to-heart with Sierra. Of course, "dealing" better with "things" isn't exactly what you're after right now, is it? After reading all your other fan fiction, I KNOW how much you LOVE to see those baka guys SQUIRM!!!! Eh, besides, it would, most likely, bypass more important expository chapters like this one, and we would miss necessary information for further down the road. Gawd, I LOVE your writing, I'm envious as hell, and I hope you and yours have a WONDERFUL EASTER!!! :-D

I **sniffle** teared all up here at work... even after reading it a second time. She was still so little, and her dad - well - he didn't handle that very well - I guess we have to allow that he was also in shock - **sigh** Ryo was perfect, he is truely her best friend, everything will be okay.

That was a rather sad chapter. Nezumi is warming up to Ryo and that baka didn't do anything remotely stupid either....what a surprise! Question: I am going to take a stupid stab and say that Ryo's little voice in his head knows that his youkai chose her......I'm guessing, but Ryo doesn't....so is he slowly coming to that conclusion..or are you going to make me wait XD. Great chpater, can't wait for the next!

Okay, as you can see, I came here all the way from anime spiral because I am that dedicated to your story. I am no stranger to Media Miner really so I don't really mind coming here to read your story considering the circumstances and harsh reviews you have received. People do you wrong. They really shouldn't vent their frustration out on you and for that I am sorry. The most I can do is say that I am not one of those inconsiderate people and hope that those people gain some common sense and see what a great author you are. Anyway, I am sorry for the situation you have been put in and hope that people wise up and respect you. Anyway, great chapter as always. I hope that you don't fail to write more because your story is really great! Anyway, I have to go. Bye! 10/10 for everything.

Don't let people's negativity get you down. For every one person that doesn't like your fics, I'd bet a hundred others absolutely love it, even if they don't review to tell you. I for one love all your fics. Particularily this one, since I can relate to it alot more then I'd like to. (well, minus the Hanyou part anyway :P) This story makes me feel better about my own situation. Maybe that sounds kind of weird, but it's true. The emotion you've been able to put into the characters in your stories is incredible.

well this review is going in after my day at work (yuck) I dont know what I would do if I didnt have your fics to read and get my mind off of work. Anyway, I love your drawing of Nez and I think your image is so realistic to the story. So thanks for that. I think this is one of the best chapters because I loved how sensitive Ryo was to her feelings when he kissed her. Can you please explain about the giving or receiving of "New Year's Gifts". Is this similar to Xmas or is it a special holiday in Japan? Just curious and thank you. Also I wondered if you might consider doing a drawing of Inu and Kags twins and Gin. I would love to see your rendition of their appearance. Thanks again for a very beautiful story and yes I dont know but everytime I read your current fic, I always think that one is the best. I honestly cant find ANY of your stories yet that I dont like so thanks for writing. J

Okay this one is for Learning To trust! I'm glad you're gonna keep writing(like I said my review was too late lol) it would have been a damn shame if you didn't! We'd be loosing a great author!! Well that's enough of the mussy stuff (I think i didn enough in my last review) AWESOME CHAPTER! This has to be one of my favourites!! The final thought made me laugh!! This was great great great! It was funny, romantic, and the perfect read before I hit the hay! ^-^ FANTASTIC! Well I don't think I can compliment it anymore so I'll go! Hey this is a review for the chapter Kichiro(I believe I spelled that wrong...sorry) I'm so sorry that you are getting flammed! It's horrible! You're one of my all time favourite author's! Why the heck would people flame a canon pairing like that? Do they not realize that's what was inteneded? (at least it seems like that's where Mrs. Takahashi(sp?) was going with it!) Well I still love your stories and many people still do!! Please don't stop writing!! Please don't!!! This review is probably late coming but I wrote it as fast as I could! Once again I am very sorry for the flammers, they are such jerks! Do they feel good after making someone else feel inferior? GRRR!! Anyway I loved this chapter!!! Awesome!! It was so cute how Ryo got jealous! ^-^ I'm gonna go read the next chapter now and then review again lol. See ya!

YAY! another PURITY STORY...and its pretty damn good so far! poor ryo and nez, i'm sure theres still hope for those two and i no that you'll do another fabulous plot with this story just as u did with your other wonderful stories.... as for those flames u discussed in ur A/N i feel to comment on that....ppl who have the time to write a bad response on sum1's writing skills, stories, etc. is pathetic and seem to have no life then to bring a persons esteem down,i mean if u dont like it then dont read...its as simple as that... *sigh* but think of it this way...u got much more readers that DO enjoy reading ur fanfics! :)

I am so glad that you are feeling better. Reading your stories is the high point of my morning and I would really miss you if you stopped posting. Great Chapter. It was really cute and kind of romantic. There are still a lot of problems between the two and it is unlikely that they will be resolved in the near future so it was nice for you to give the readers a little foreshadowing on their future relationship. I hope that Ryo can learn to cook or he is going to starve. Well, I guess there is always Ramen. I love the scene with him and Toga playing video games. Mentally I think the two are about 12.

You really scared me when I couldn't find your fics on animepiral.com today. I wish you wouldn't have taken them off, but I understand your reasons. People can be cruel. I wish you the best of luck and hope people will be a little more sensitive to your feelings. It really hurts when anyone has to be that mean. If it's any conselation, there are tons of people out there who enjoy your writing.
