All I can say is Why didn't I read this sooner? I am sorry to see that you haven't updated in a long time, but I suppose you are busy or getting on with life. I have to admit that I have never seen or read Saiyuki, but I am a little familiar with the characters and the basic story line. I enjoyed it, and, while I might not have gotten or understood what the characters are doing and saying, I think that it is still very good and would just be even better if I had background knowledge of the fandom itself. So basically, what I'm saying is, this stands alone quite well and that even someone with no partiuclar knowledge of Saiyuki can follow it and enjoy it, but someone with more knowledge might understand it more... Parts of this actually reminded me of Ai no Kusabi a bit, another series I am in love with! Great work! On a personal note I haven't heard from you in a while over on my Gravi story CCBOM in a while. I just wanted to ask if everything was alright in RL? Please update soon!

OMG! OMG! Thank you for updating! *bows* My poor Hakkai! That two timing basatrd Aki, scheming poor hakkai and gojyo into thinking ones safe while he screws the other..grrrrrrrr! I so can't wait for the next chapter smut or no smut I must know what happens!

I have honestly been blowing off papers and tests to read this fic. It is absolutely amazing! You've got the characters down wonderfully, and I've been hanging on the edge of my seat waiting for the next chapter, so UPDATE SOON!!!! I'm seriously begging you. Nothing kinky, of course...however, those parts of the story are superbly written. Anyway, considering English isn't your first language, you're really doing a marvelous job with overall vocab and structural variety. Keep up the marvelous work, the sooner the better! :D

Liking it a lot and very pleased you updated. I know people have called you only style of writing before, but I rather like your more formal way of writing, it makes the story quite lifelike. I have been waiting for you to update and will eagerly await your next installment. And 'aka' can mean all three of those meanings, it's all depends on the context ... so both Aka and Gojyo were right.

OH NO! poor Hakkai, getting groped and such by those demons! I Loved every bit of it though ;p I hope you are able to write more even though you are moving to the UK (that is a big change in your life)! I love this story, and there are not may fanfics that I can get into. That's why it will be sad if this story is not finished, but at least understandable. I do want Sanzo and Goku to at least try to come and save Gojyo and Hakkai, perhaps fail though (but at least they tried)? I can't wait for the next chapter, I want to see how Gojyo will handle being tormented by that evil Aka? Darn it I forgot it already, grrrrr~! ;p Thank you for updating!

Yeah! Such a great story between hakkai and gojyo! you did such a great job keeping in character, I couldn't help but laugh each time Sanzo had something to say! ;p I can't wait to read the other chapters, awesome job!

I suck at reviews, but I wanted to let you know that in reading your story, I found a good sense of plot, continuity, and pacing. I liked your dark portrayal with Aka. He is a convincing bad guy. Your ability to show the strengthening of Gojyou's and Hakkai's bond is precious. Even Sanzo and Gokuu are fairly in character. The lemmony goodness I thought was tactfully done and not unsatisfying. I would suggest perhaps a beta reader (I wouldn't be able to publish anyting without one). But on the general whole, fantastic work. I even volunteer.

I'm enjoying your story very much! I like how the tension is developing slowly, yet we get to have lemon fun, too! Am I right that English is not your first language? I only ask because there are things like missing or wrong words, but the style of writing is quite good, even so.
