I'm hooked, curious as to the pairings here but I'm sure that will be revealed in time. I'm almost thinking Yusuke since there was the part about his bloodlines involved. But I'm still going to hope for a Hiei/kag pairing until I know otherwise lol The humor in this one was priceless, I love the comment Yusuke made about not touching the barrier. Too cute lol Another good chapter, I anxiously look forward to the next one. Keep up the good work and update soon please.

Wow! I give you Aces on everything! This was a great addition to what is becomming a comendable series! This plot is so original, and it just screams 'something wicked this way comes!' I pity the poor girl you know. I wonder who is related to Shiipo in teh human world? Anyways, this is great. Please let this be Hiei/Kagome! I love them and there a few good ones out there. Ciao

Wow, this is really great work. I sense another masterpiece in the halls of fanfiction. I love your style of writing and how you portray the characters. I hate it when fanfic authors do a poor job at those things and they rush through improbable events, and everything is layed out and easy beforeand and the characters are entirely OOC. That IS NOT what your story is like. Have you ever read Par Tout Autre Nom (By Any Other Name)? Because I think you're having Kagome fuse with the shikon jewel, which is basically the situation they have to deal with in that fanfic, except that they are already entirely fused, and there is something about maintaining a balance between holy energy and youki. I have to say, I like your slant on the subject. However, I am confused about what happened to Rin, and why Shippou roared. Did he find her dead, or what? What happened to her? Also, what will happen to Kagome's body over the course of the following 480 year period? And: will there be descendants of Rin and Shippou involved? Also: Will you cover what happens to Shippou while he waits for her? Will there be any relation to Youko? Like he knew him when he was a kid? How many chapters (if any) will you devote to the time between the barrier creation and 1997, which is the year the Inuyasha series starts? Also: How old does Kagome look when she stabs herself? Will she age at all in the following centuries? And I agree, Striking Falcon writes excellent fanfiction. Sincerely, Kin-chan Pandun.

Nice start, it is good to have another high-quality fic- with originality- to read. I have got a few questions, though. First off- Shippou makes a roar. Was he being pulled away, had something happened to Rin, if Rin were pregnant, had the separation taken or hurt her? I am a little at a loss. I thought the roar was him being torn from the world- but then he returned to Kagome. Secondly- The sword. Did she turn herself into some kind of sword-in-the-stone statue? If her spirit is contained in the sword, but her body is still left...? It is a little unclear as to quite what happened, but that may be purposeful on your part. Finally- I found a typo or two, so you know- you put think instead of thing, near the end. Also, you put revile, instead of reveal, near the same area as the first typo. Aside from those two typos, the story was perfect. Your format left nothing to be desired. Well-polished.

This... is incredible. Indeed a cut above the rest, to say the least. Well-written, sans typos, with imagery, power-! Rest assured I will be eagerly awaiting more. This is definitely a beginning to be proud of. I hope you get the reviews you deserve- and if you get obnoxious reviewers who want same-plot fluff, ignore them. This is really good. If it has a pairing- and as this is a yu yu hakusho crossover, if the pairing is Kagome/Kurama- post it at katakoi.kloud-nine.com's archive! It would be an incredible addition. If not- [shrug] this'll still definitively be worth reading. I'm glad I stumbled upon this!

Very, very good chapter. Nice length, wonderful detail and I couldn't find any spelling errors. I wouldn't call this extreme myself, it seems very original and you've garnered my full attention. I can't wait to see where you take this story and what the pairing will end up being. Please update soon.
