wow, great as always. is she gonna meet Jeninji or something? cause liek hes a hanyou. and i kinda figured. sooo... yeah well i love Inuyasha, arrogant or not, and the proffessor is crazy-cool. lol hope too see more soon, keep it up, love.. ^_^

I'm saved! I'm actually saved! My Shrine Prostitute fix is finally here! Anyway, to start out, you're style of writing is fabulous, but there is just one little thing that got me. Your foreshadowing was too short in this chapter. You had the this ominous sign that Kagome would be approached by youkai in the middle-end of the chapter, and then it happens at the end of the chapter! It was like.. bam-boom! It wasn't a bad thing, but I felt you could probably do something else with it. You could've drawn it out and had a gradual transition to the end result. Possibly have given some more reactions on the youkai, or the stares. We, as readers, have only seen one instance where Kagome asked about Hanyous, and therefore when the boar-youkai states that she's been 'stirring up trouble', we don't necessarily get it. Other than that. Great chapter. I'm sorry you were sick. I'm glad you're feeling better and please be sure to write another chapter soon! =)

I may write another review on this chapter a little later but I wanted to jump on a few thoughts before they escaped from my brain forever. First - Kagome is terribly in character. Naive, sheltered, yet willing to stick her neck out for the one she loves. Even though we don't see him except through Ryu, Inuyasha is also terribly in character as well. He is pissed because he lost something he desperately wanted, and pissed at himself because he let himself care enough that he was pissed off about its loss. Oh, and I just like Ryu, and Professor Hirohito hasn't been around enough for me to truly form an opinion (although his unspoken questions about why she was asking about hanyou lead me to believe that he could be a very interesting character - very insightful). Now, onto the thing that really jumped out at me upon first reading of this chapter. Kagome, during her rant, asks "Since the two are compatible is it possible to transplant youkai body parts to a human or vice versa?" That would have to be a really scary thought for the youkai, and hanyou. (and an excellent topic for her medical ethics class when/if she has one) Part of me hopes that you explore this a little more because it would be a great subplot. Kagome asking these questions could lead to a full scale targeting of her by the youkai community. They don't want to become nothing more than body part farms for the human community - and if a med student and her professor started asking questions like that, this is what might be thought. And Hanyou, who are 1/2 human and have no rights, would be in even worse danger for something like that. Don't want your extra rich benefactor to suffer from another heart attack, find a demon that will fuck you, have a hanyou child and transplant the organ. Or find a way to incapacitate a youkai, take out one of it's lungs and transplant it into a human. The youkai could possiby re-grow it and it could happen again and again. Scary scary stuff. ::beats plot bunny to death:: Kagome's adventures in the youkai sector of the town was interesting. I would love to see the reaction when/if she asked what some of those things were that were being purchaed at the story. I wonder what the youkai were saying and thinking when they noticed her in their area? Perhaps the boar youkai will answer some of those questions. I also wondered why Kagome hasn't contacted Kouga and asked him questions.... Things I hope are done in the next chapter include: Look into how Inuyasha has been dealing with his return to the shrine (possibly something mushy like using his memory of Kagome as a balm against one of his horrible clients). Look at his reaction to Kagome's letter/letters/calls. Look at Kagome's classes and how the other students are treating her if it is different. Thanks for sharing with us. I have loved this story so far!

I could have sworn that I'd reviewed this before...but I obviously haven't. How inconsiderate of me. Well, I've been reading this for a while now and have been thoroughly enthralled by it. The whole air around it is refreshingly new, but also easily foreseeable in the real world. All the differences in their reality have not shifted their characters at all...which I commend you for. It just seemed natural that Kagome would launch a crusade for Inuyasha...and for him to negate the entire effort based on pride alone. Very true to form, although I can't help but wish he'd learn that not everyone is out to pity his existence. Anyway, before I write a novel here, I wanted to tell you that you have a gift for storytelling- an amazing gift- and I should have stopped and told you before. Thank you so much for sharing this fic with the rest of us. It is a beautiful and awe-inspired tale. Thanks again, Reux.

This is a wonderfully complex chapter, and I anxiously look forward to what happens to Kagome with the boar youkai. I'm hoping he has a brother or a sister hanyou. That would be cool. I love this story and i hope you keep up the good work!

I have been terribly bad about reviewing and keeping up to date on the stories that I'm reading. Sorry. The last two chapters were so sad. Poor Inuyasha. *sniffle* People may not believe it, but there are those who have been so humiliated throughout their lives that they do believe that they are unlovable. It's so sad. I love Kagome's gumption and persistence. And it's great that she has co-conspirators. Making Inu legally human without his permission was a really stupid thing to do. Somehow it seems disrespectful, but at the same time, Inuyasha doesn't believe that he is worth the trouble and must have it proven to him. She's between a rock and a hard place. Can't win for losing. Great chapters. ^_^ Snow

Good chapter. I hate that they're separated, but at the same time, this is giving Kagome time to really see what's she's gotten herself into. When they finally do see each other again, she won't be nearly as naive....and Inuyasha will have had a chance to miss her. Though, I'm sure he won't admit to that, lol. I look forward to reading the next one.

I think it's sad that Inuyasha decided to part from Kagome, but it's IC in relation to his personality in this fanfiction. I'm very happy you unlike many others makes sure Kagome's still up and about even without Inuyasha - for some reasons people tend to write that she can't do a thing without him, why is that? Her way of approaching the legal matters are blunt, very naive and rather stupid, as one with good will but no clue tend to go. I'm very curious about the hanyou she'll hopefully meet and what that meeting will resolve in. I am also curious about how Inuyasha's fareing, but can it be anything else than hidden misery and open anger? *sigh* I'm looking forward to next chapter!

Im on the egde of my seat! Please update as soon as you can although I do hope ur feeling better i remember how zi felt the last time I was sick! I lost twenty pounds in just four day for cryin out loud! Lol--wait it really isnt all that funny since I felt horrible ugh i never wanna get sick again well enough of my darn babbline I really enjoyed this chapter I was glad u updated and it's so long too! Well...I can't wait to find out why that boar demon took kagome! I hope he idnt gonna do anything like rape her or something! PLZ update when you can I really can not get enough of this fanfic!!!!
