I enjoyed Miroku's cryptic warning of an impending visit and the realistic comments about the research. Kagome's Mom comes off well. She's one of my fave side characters in the series, so I always like it when she's written into fics as accepting and supportive.

It is nice to see my favorite story updating. As other have said, the pacing is great, it keeps the story moving but doesn't go too fast, so you keep on craving more and more. Everything is wonderful, please keep it up and keep on writing when you can. Thanks for helping to make my day by having me see this story updated in my mailbox and I hope you are doing well. great update... so inuyasha gave kagome lots of blood samples... seems that kagome and inuyasha have come to an agreement again... and why would miroku be seeing kagome at her family shrine... nice talk kagome had with her mother... looks like their shrine is starting to change... what's next... update when you can... please and thank you!

I've been getting lazy lately and usually only give one '10' in my reviews for overall rating, but this chapter definitely deserved all five of them! For half a second I thought Inuyasha might take Kagome up on her offer, though I understand why he's not quite ready yet. Still, it really does look like things are moving right along, just like you said, and what's this about Miroku stopping by soon? That ought to be interesting, especially with all the hanyou at the shrine. It shouldn't take too long for word on that to get back to Inuyasha. I remember when he was concerned, and more or less called Kagome out on, the fact that she was only focusing on him...it was only because of her feelings for him...and I absolutely loved it when Kagome first had her revelation. If she is going to change the world, then it can't just be about her own happily ever after. That being said, I sure do hope she eventually gets her happily ever after! I'm so glad you're still working on this story! And the next update isn't really all that far off, you say? Yay! Super looking forward to the next chapter! Keep up the awesome work!

Wow. It's been such a long time since I've had the chance to read such an original piece of work. It's almost insane how you can keep the characters in the correct context with everything that they go through. I keep expecting you to suddenly have everyone be OOC, but you never let that happen. I think your greatest strength has go to be pacing. You leaving me itching for more at the end of each chapter and you are showing how much time it truely takes to heal situations and how much time it takes for a relationship to grow. Everytime I read a fantiction nowadays there's this unspoken timeline of hate eachother/like eachother/dramatic chapter/fall in love and it all happens in the span of 5-6 20 page chapters and only a few months in story. It took Kagome over a year to outright say she loved InuYasha! And it took InuYasha 2 years to give it a chance. Anyways, I just hope to see more from you soon, it's been 6 months since your last update and Im worried that this fantastic piece of literature may fizzle out. I wish you well in your life and am waiting anxiously for the next installment. ~Dark
