The world is recovering from the last in a series of wars. The new republic seems to be taking hold though, and Tam, the pilot of the Black Dragon is left to find his way in a world he doesn't understand, doesn't need the skills he's good at nearly as much, but still wants to make him and the other dragons into pop stars for thier role in ending the dictatorship. More lonely than he can explain, Tam goes day to day, until he meets Chang Bao-Sheng.. a mercenary from the past, who also has to find new ways to live. ... Maybe the Black Dragon was meant to find love in the arms of this almost reformed killer...
