Serena has been visited by a long lost cosin who happens to be moving in! Serena is trying so hard to pass high school, but with her cousin coming things take a turn for the worst. Apperently her cousin has been behind bars for quiet some time. When Serena's cousin arrive strange things start happening. The biggest quetion between the sailor scouts want answered is if she has any powers or not. Now Serena has to protect her reputation around town, keep her cousin out of trouble and protect the plant from whoever is causing trouble in town. Now the biggest question is Serena's cousin the one causing all of this trouble?
