Though admittedly this contains very little anime, it does have my once again modified dragonball characters, the many Saiyajins of Voyager, included in the story.
The story itself is about the Starship Voyager (From Star Trek Voyager, no marks for guessing) and an encounter from a familiar species. They are still stuck in the opposite side of the galaxy from Earth; the Delta quadrant, but they're much closer to home than they were twelve years ago.
So not to spoil the first chapter I won't give much of a synop; let's just say a familiar race from home is encountered thus far, but as to the one survivor's intentions, who knows? 'Once an enemy, always an enemy', or do old proverbs change over time?
