Not romantic at the beginning but follows the story of Jepherias Anthrist and Andrea Peterson. The king of Aurng has died along with his faithful advisor but the king has no heirs or relatives of close blood so by decision of the counsel, the Anthrist heir is to be the next ruler. The problem: the Anthrist heir is decided by the death of all the other children or by bring a maiden who's blood can turn holy water blue to the main temple. Jepherias is the youngest of twenty-six and twenty-four of them are from a mother that is not his own and so they send assassins to kill him and his full blooded brother.
