Thirty years after he left Joey Drew Animation Studios, Henry Stein gets a mysterious invite from his old friend Joey Drew to return to the workshop. This trip down memory lane for Henry holds a lot more than he could've ever expected, as he uncovers the Ink Machine, a machine capable of bringing cartoon characters to life. But these characters are far less friendly than Henry remembered, and as Henry uncovers a conspiracy that threatens the entire company, it may be too late for him to escape the nightmarish cartoons trying to kill him.
