Okay, one quick breath on what's happened so far: Riena (the main charcter) is a complete outcast because she doesn't have a Shade, she was disowned by her parents and taken in by a wolf named Lukas that found her, she was then brought in to an elite fighting group to destroy the Renegade Shades otherwise known as the Bodiless, she doesn't really fit in because she's a introverted drunk who's favorite thing is her wolf and shiny metal objects that either shoot or stab. Whew!
