The Third Impact has come and gone. 99% of the world's population has been liquidated into the massive pool of LCL, and humanity is but a memory as most of it is now composed into the Universal Soul. However, there were those who were privvy to SEELE's plans, and in fear for the human race, an ark was constructed to save one last portion of humanity. The UNS (United Nations Ship) ARK, containing the last 144,000 members of the human race, is flying away from Earth as fast as its engines can carry it-- But the Universal Soul is malcontent. It still has a few gaps in it, and it is not about to let this slide. It will bring the ARK back, or destroy itself in the attempt. (NOTE: YES, I know this name was already taken, but I couldn't find a better name for it. Besides, I think MY story fits it better. ^^;;)
