Basically, Yami is feeling a bit, well, depressed because he's not really 'alive' anymore. So, in an act of desperat measure, he makes a very corney wish on a star, and it will be granted, if he hasn't changed his mind after 48 hours. The only thing stopping him is that he has to give up the connection he has with Yugi. In other words, Yugi won't be his aibou anymore.
Comdey comes to play in this in the little remarks Yami makes, since it's in his POV. Romance might be Y/Y, it might be with some other character, who knows, I freewrite.The drama and angst are pretty much obvious.
Now, you know you want to read this, because there are no mary-sues, none of the characters are so OOC that you don't recognise them anymore, and Yami's musings are always fun to read. Enjoy!
