What if Serena had been orphaned at the young age of four, when an attack by the Negaverse general causes her family's car to go over a cliff, killing both of her parents instantly, but leaving Serena and her 3 month old baby brother alive and injured from the crash.

They are found and taken away to another planet, where their injuries are taken care of. With no known family searching for them back on Earth, Serena and Sammy are adopted into the royal family of Kinmoku, and grew up there.

As she grows older, Serena gains the powers of a Sailor Senshi so that she could protect her princess Princess Kakyuu, from harm along with her friends Seiya, Taiki and Yaten.
