64 years after WW2 started, Hitler's great-grandson is on the throne. Aryans, non-Aryans, Saiyans, and Nameks have all be separated into different slums and only see each other at work. Inter-breeding is forbidden, and all non-Aryans are treated harshly in a world of racism and hate.
But there are people, Aryan, non-Aryan, Nameks, and Saiyans, who are willing to give up their lives for freedom. They are the Zen Resistance.
