Bulma, Chichi, and 18 are exchange students from Earth on Vegetasei. Their 1st day of 9th grade starts with a shock: They and 7 other girls have been chosen for a competition that will decide the Neo-Queen of Vegetasei, Prince Vegeta's wife!
Chichi and 18 aren't interested, as they are finding romance elsewhere in a Saiyan called Kakarotto and a fellow Earthling named Krillin. Bulma, on the other hand, can't wait to show herself to the Prince. There's only one problem.
smantha Zenith is the 2nd richest Saiyan on Vegetasei, and she's set her sight unshakingly on the prince. The prince hates her, but the king likes her. And the king doesn't like Bulma.
Bulma battles Samantha for Vegeta's attentions, and just when it lookls like it's all over for Samantha, something terrible happens at a party that lands the girls in jail, with the prince ordered to marry Samantha the next day!
Can Vegeta, Kakarotto, and Krillin rescue their true loves from the king's tyranny before Samantha is the Neo-Queen of Vegetasei?

Ch. 3: Bulma, Chichi, and 18, along with Keely and Kali (Cutesy, ain't I?) arrive at the ball, holding their breaths to meet the Prince.
