It has been three years since the Black Dragon Clan was defeated and the Wing Goddess departed. Now, Fanelia has begun to restore itself - one of the projects being border fortresses being built. One such fortress is set to be built in Valleese, and surprisingly enough, ancient scrolls of the Avalon - a long dead ancient tribe of Gaea - have been found there. Even more surprising is they foretell of a new evil that will rise to conquer Gaea, and that once again the Wing Goddess will be brought to stop it.
