As the future queen spends her eighteenth birthday with her friends, a new villian plots. Recognizing a child that may be more then a shadow, gives hints of the future. A month earlier a child appears on reconstructed planet of the Starlights. As graduation draws close, the Inners and Outers realize that something big is about to happen, drawing the three groups together once again, with some characters of my own creation.
