Okay, my first songfic for this series. Kinda long but I had a lot of stuff I wanted to put in, so I did.
It had been a month and a half since they had received the last phone call from the military informing them of Edward�s health. Winry and Alphonse grew more and more concerned with each passing day and Winry found it increasingly difficult to reassure her daughter that �Daddy� was going to be home soon. Even more so now that the little girl was inquiring as to how long �soon� was. The look of disappointment on her face when Winry or Alphonse explained to her that they didn�t know was heart-wrenching. The little girl wanted to see her father oh so badly and it was becoming increasingly difficult to reassure her that she would.
