Um... Fluffy rocks. Yep.
So anyway, I'm posting my stories here. The AFF server is going nuts again, so I can't login there, and I'm starting to hate Anime Spiral, and FF's starting to drive me nuts. So here I am. Plus, I want new reviews.
A note about A Second Love: I got the bar idea from Bebop. It was meant to have a similar feel to Spike's flashbacks of meeting Julia in the bar, and Vicious is behind her at the pool table, making a shot. So it was originally going to be Sesshoumaru as Inu's pool opponent, and meeting Rin that way, but it didn't happen. And let me tell you, I spent an hour or so learning the rules of pool so I could write something more than "Fifteen minutes later, Kouga won the game." That would've been stupid, and wouldn't work anyway, for several obvious reasons. Though, maybe next time I'll use a game I've actually PLAYED.
Okay, onto my notes about To The End: Yeah, that was really depressing to write. I mean, really really depressing. But it got really good feedback, so it was worth it. Someone at FF mentioned Shippou's absence from my story... I edited that, and mention him once, saying where he is. There were reasons he didn't fit into the plot. So for all I cared, Shippou had gotten abducted from aliens.
Notes about Fireworks: .... Not much. Loved Shippou's little prank on Inu. I was giggling like crazy when I wrote that.
Notes on other stuff: Yeah, to the few people (if there ARE any) who are all, "WTF happened to Peace of Mind??" ... I took it down. I haven't written a new chapter in two months. Damn writer's block. So, I'm going the way of many authors and not posting it until it's done. Plus, I've been working on this other story, a Kikyou and Miroku pairing. Which is REALLY hard to write, because it's set in the time that Kikyou gets the Shikon no Tama, meets Inu, Naraku's created, blah blah blah. So I'm trying to make it all work and still keep the stuff that we've been shown on the show. Hard work, I tell ya. But, I really like it so far. In the meantime, I've got more one-shot plans too, so those'll be around eventually. I've decided, due to popular demand, that To The End will indeed have a sequel, but I have yet to start it. I'm still toying with some ideas for that. |
