| Biography: | Thirty-something female Otaku. Completely obsessed with anime/manga. Reading it, attempting to write it, mostly just enjoying the possibilties that exist unformed between the lines of speech and action.
Everything from DN Angel,Dragonball Z, Fruits Basket, Inyuyasha, Wolf's Rain, Shaman King, the list goes on... Although I DO seem to have a weakness for characters that can not show theirs...(weakness I mean)Vegeta, Heiei, and most recently Kyo Sohma.
I think my husband has finally come to terms with the fact that his only real competition for my affections, is not real at all...
*Wow! What started YEARS ago as a love/hate relationship with Dragonball Z, has led me thrillingly, into the worlds of Full Metal Alchemist, Gundam Wing, Bleach, Saiyuki and Yami no Matsuei...
And while I still have a thing for seemingly impossible men and relationships, I've added a taste for yaoi to my palate as well.
Not "Traditional" yaoi, because I can't stand the stereotypical 'older man equals bastard and so can treat the younger man with unusual cruelty and said younger man will let him treat him like crap because he thinks he 'loves' him.' Gag. Which means no Loveless or Gravitation... ;) I prefer my characters with a bit more um, character. *rofl*
Heero and Duo who on the surface have zilch in common but the war they're supposed to end, and Tsuzuki and Hisoka, victims of suicide and homicidal rape respectively, which is how they came to be Shinigami (Gods of Death) and partners...
