| Biography: | First off, I suppose you guys are curious about my chosen name. XD Originally, it's Marluxia's Unholy Love-child, but Media-Miner doesn't allow apostrophes. Anyways, it stemmed from a role-play I'm in, where I play Axel. There's another player who plays Lucia from Shadow Hearts and well, Axel and Lucia do not get along. Like at all. So anyways, Axel and Lucia meet, Axel dislikes her pretty much from the start and she thinks Axel's a prick. Now, if you don't know who Lucia is, she's pretty much a dancing flowergirl. Axel takes note of this and decides "My gods, it's as if Marluxia had sex with one of Demyx's Dancer Nobodies and she's their unholy love child!" I tell my cousin of this and she just gets this mental image of the child and it all developed from there.
So, now I'm Marluxia's Unholy Love-child.
I'm really Kiaran Dryaalis (well, kinda. It's not my real name, but it will be once I complete the papers to have my name legally changed). I'm twenty years old, a student in college, and a complete fanatic for anything Final Fantasy. Unfortunately, I happen to be broke and therefore have few games. I have FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus, FFX, and FFX-2. I also own all three Kingdom Hearts games released in the U.S. thus far. Between college, looking for a job, and spending as much time as humanly possible away from my house, my mom, and my sisters, I rarely have time to play. But when I do, I play for hours on end.
I am not giving you details on what I look like or where I live, so don't ask. However, I'll give you this: I'm single, I'm looking, and I'm happily bisexual, so girls, if you're looking for a girlfriend, I'm available.

Why I Don't Like Kairi: Unlike a lot of fangirls out there, I don't hate Kairi because she's "getting between Sora and Riku." She's really not, people. She's friends with both of them, but also likes both of them as more than just friends and can't pick one or the other. My big reason for not liking Kairi is that she is just a useless character. You can't do anything with her. Even in the second game, when Kairi gets her own Keyblade, she's still useless. She uses that hideous thing for maybe five minutes and then we never see it again. She has to have Riku protect her, even though she has her own Keyblade to fight with. She says it's her turn to fight, but she stops fighting before everything ends, spending the rest of the time getting in the way and having the boys protect her.
That and her obsession with pink is disgusting. I mean, for the Goddess' sake, who the hell coordinates a salmon pink dress with carnation pink boots?! It's enough to make a person gag. And pink? With her hair colour? Red-heads look HORRIBLE in pink.
Also, the way you other authors tend to portray her is enough to make me hate Fanfiction!Kairi. Canon!Kairi's annoying enough, but y'all have to make her ten times worse. I know I'm being a bit hypocritical, seeing how I portray her in my AU high school fic, but I'm doing that for humour purposes. I have only come across two people who can portay a Kairi I like: ff.net authors Tyson Fox-flame and Lily Evans.
Why I Dislike Roxas/Namine: Namine and Roxas were both created when Sora released the two hearts held in his body. Both are Nobodies borne of the same body and soul. They're practically twins, people. Yes, I'll admit, I typically have no problem with twincest, but I usually read yaoi or yuri twincest, where the possibility of reproducing is zero. I don't like incest between a guy and girl because of the possibility of offspring with potential problems. With Roxas and Namine, there's the chance of Namine becoming pregnant with the child of the guy who's practically her brother. This is why you'll never see me write them as a couple and why I always write them as twins in my alternate universe fics. |
