To specify: I am not a massive fan of Anime. In fact uptill about six months ago I didn't care for it at all. But low and behold my buddy got me drunk threw on Naruto and well from there I found Neon Genesis Evangelion. NGE was, and still is, my favorite show. It helped me through a real rough time and it has grown on me.
From NGE I found Vampire Knight (despite some of the animation, I am a fan and cannot wait for Season 2 to finally be released) and Vampire Hunter D.
