Well, what can I say about myself? I really love anime and manga. Even so, I'm not an expert on everything that has to do with anime and manga (even though some people seem to think that...for who-knows-what reason...). I haven't had any art classes except in third grade, and that was mainly how to draw things in proportion and how to make the shadows of non-living things (ie chairs, birthday cakes, ect). I did recieve a few drawing books when I was around 8 or 9 years old, and I suppose that helped me, because they we're "How to Draw Disney Characters" books. But mostly, for my anime pictures, I had to teach myself how to draw everything by watching a lot of anime, then drawing, then watching more anime to see why my pic didn't look exactly right, fixing my mistake, then drawing again, watching more anime to correct myself, ect, ect.
