| Biography: | Well, lets see. I have been a fan of anime since I was like in the fifth grade. It was 1995 where the sci fi channel was showing anime every friday night at 9PM and Saturdays at 9am. This particular Japanese animation got me hooked to animation forever. It was called, Demon City Shinjuku. I fell in love with the story very much so...so that's how I got into it. The second anime I saw that got me into it even more was, Vampire Hunter D. I saw VHD on one of the Saturdays and just knew I wanted to see more of it. However, when I was getting into anime series...it was Sailor Moon. The beginning of the sailor series really made me like it. As time progressed I began to record the episodes because I didn't have money to get the series on video. Ah! WPIX canceled the series and then I had to rely on the cartoon network to record it which was really cool especially when I found out they were issuing NEW episodes. After a while, I bought the sailor moon s: subtitled version and was amazed at what was left out the series. I also noticed that the Japanese voice actors was s much better than he american English voice actors. I guess they put more power into it. Eventually I loved watching anime like Inuyasha (dub and sub), Weis Kreuz Knight Hunters, Reccord of Lodoss war, Revolutionary Girl Utena ah! Too many. I call thismy anime Biograhy and as of now I have a pretty good collection. |
