Pen name meaning and why I chose it:
Okibi means blazing fire and Usagi means bunny. I chose Okibi because fire is my element and, Usagi because my best friend named me the Easter bunny. She named me the Easter bunny because one day I received an outfit that was entirely pink and was too big on me. At that time I detested all things pink, so I was not thrilled to look in the mirror, and see what I saw. She was hysterical. Especially when I cried in outrage that I looked like 'the flipping Easter bunny'. That was over a year ago and it still sticks today. When I look back on it I see how funny it was, and how strange it seems. Because now I love the color pink one can even say that I’m obsessed.
