Interesting idea but it would be so much better if you kept Naraku in character. At the moment he's just a pale immitation of Inuyasha.

Its a good fic, your first one right? Anyway, I think you should keep this a Naraku/Kag fic. But first I think she should be afraid and maybe try and run away. Then you know, slowly get to like him. Well, I'll be waiting for you to update.
