BwaHAHAHA! I...I think I love you. *Brushes away tears of laughter.* My friend and I had a wicked awesome time reading this, and I'd have to say that you put to shame any attempts I make at humor. (Though that's not saying much...) Anywho, please keep writing, since this is one of the few fanfics I've actually laughed at in my entire internet life. And perhaps you could throw in some random villians for angsting purposes as well? Even the evil people need to go all 'emo kid' at times. ('There is much pain, also. Pain is like someone poking you...With death.')

Dang, if it wern't for Neji randomly screaming about how he'll out-angst everyone, this would be really depressing. Then again, this story is making me laugh so much I've got tears running down my face.

Thank you for submitting your story to the FFRG. Hm... I'm not sure how much liberty I have to critique something that's meant to be a parody. I'll do my best. *dramatic pose* Yes, Neji and Sasuke are atrociously OOC - but that's somewhat the point... right? XD This was very amusing, although you could work on your grammar a bit. The first part with Sasuke's POV is almost unnecessary - you could incorporate that into Neji's POV quite easily, then you wouldn't have to worry about noting the POV switch. I also doubt that the Naruto world has any form of computer technology, but I guess that's up to you. ^^; Very amusing otherwise, and with some grammar polishing and a bit of work on both Sasuke's and Neji's characterization (it'd be that much more hilarious if you could give their actual characterization more credit with this premise), you could have something great going. Thanks again for submitting to the FFRG.

Neji must out-angst Sasuke... angstiness ensues. They said it couldn't be done… they were… right. Sasuke: As I see him turn to me, a flock of whit doves flies off into the air, as if deserting one of their own caged kind. Neji: There's a cage of white doves behind me, ready to be let go at anytime by me, if anyone so happens to walk past me. Sasuke: I OWN the Konoha Angst, Okay? Oh, and don't even THINK of moving to Sand Village, Gaara is the King of Angst there. Neji: Well, Sasuke, oh-mighty-'King of Angst', you had better watch that brooding gaze of yours, because I shall overthrow you as Supreme Angst Overlord!! Neji: ... And here is where I would laugh in an evil and/or slightly crazed manner, but, of course, Gaara owns that shtick... Sasuke: Che, strong silent types, they're so overplayed. Neji: The 'Strong, Silent Type' is one of the hardest images to maintain, you know! This has just been one God-awful day. Seriously, it is possibly even worse than the day my father died. ...And if Sasuke can read my thoughts, um... forget that I thought that last thought. Why didn't I turn it off before it rang, then? Because shut up. Why was I up so early? Why, to think about new, more exciting ways to angst, of course! HOORAY!! ...I mean... damn... you all.. |
