Sango glanced to her side, where Kagome walked next to her, and caught her friend with a sly smile on her face. She didn't know that she was being watched because she was staring intently at Inuyasha's back. At that moment Inuyasha chose to glance back at Kagome, and growled softly, much to Sango's puzzlement. Something was definitely up between those two.

I absolutely love the transition of POV and going from first person to third person. I've never read a fic like it and I'm loving it!
