do you use photoshop? try playing with the brightness and contrast.. I put them up by 5 or 10 in PaintshopPro and I find the extra light can sometimes improve colors that came out dull.. just a little trick I thought I'd pass along :)
oh ya.. gamma is another one if you want to lighten the pic but not make it bright, you'd up that :) handy little fiters :)
on your pic, I might up the contrast only, that sharpens the color a bit and I think the dark earthy colors really suit this pic so I wouldn't brighten it much.. oh ya and upping the contrast will make your background white without changing the picture that much, up it by about 3 or 4 and you'll see :)
almost all programs have a brighten feature, they can be your best friends those filters :) least in my little opinion.
well I think that wraps up todays tutorial review *LOL* sorry for being so wordy, I love the pictures BTW and I can't wait to see more and more and more.. |
