You need to keep at it, make sure that you're getting the measurements to match up, look for greater detail in the clothing and the eyes.The hair is a very hard part to draw in anime (or for me anyway) but I would suggest going online or something and just start looking for online tutorials for the hair and face. You've got great potential, just keep at it.
