Okay that guy two places before me has no idea what he's talking about. This picture is the best representation outside of a comic that I have seen. Yeah the hand might be too big, but you don't really concentrate it on that much.

I also believed her hand was fore-shortened. I would have done something a little different with her pinkie and thumb though. Still quite good. A HELL of alot better than I have seen in many comicbooks.
