Comment/Review: I actually finished rereading the Vampire Lestat book last night, and I remember the part when Armand just stands in front of the church doors, head tilted. This is a awesome picture of it! Great work! You should draw one for each character, so I could imagine them look like your drawings. But of course you don't have to.

Comment/Review: This is a fantastic drawing of Armand. Many people get the wrong impression of Anne Rice's characters from the movies. This beautifully drawn portrait stays true to the books description of Armand as young, very young. He was supposed to be the youngest looking vampire other than Claudia and was compared to a cherub....so I have no idea how Antonio Banderas endded up playing him. These movie makers sometimes take liberties that piss me off. (Lestat is BLONDE dammit!) So book fanart is number one in my book. My favourite detail in this piece is Armand's hair. The texture is beautiful and suits the character's other features and the image Anne Rice projects. Cheers.
