Such a curious look on the character's face... I'm sorry that I am not yet familiar with this anime. I like your use of coloring and the "whispy-type" shadows. He seems kind of lonely...which is conveyed by his facial expression-I might be way off, sorry. It's an interesting sitting posture, also. I like it! It looks like he is sitting up/waking up from some deep thought-I think it's the arch in his back as he's looking up toward the "camera"/person approaching. I like the orange of the fire also-not too mention the indigo hugh(?)/tint!!! Very nice use of warm colors and I love his hair!!!
