I like this pic alot. I think everyone before me hit the major points in it. Basically the same thing goes for me and the torso area because it looks kind of odd. The coloring is awesome and I like how you chose to tilt the character to the side of the page and filling it all up so your eye looks through out the picture. It is a really wonderful piece and I hope you continue with the good work. ^_^ Songie

She's so cute!! XD Her eyes are amazingly well done, I love their depth. Her left hand/fingers look a bit odd, almost as if her is shorter than the other. Unlike the others, I think her torso looks fine, since the scales obviously start farther up then were people are seeing them. The coloring job is fabulous.... the purple really contrasts well with the blues and greens... and your shading is spectacular. Great job!!

There's a lot going on in the background of this picture, and the image isn't big enough to really clarify it, it looks correct whatever it is… don't get me wrong, but somehow it still looks cluttered. The subject obviously has a lot more going on then what is shown on the picture, maybe that's an enticing thing, but I just want to see more, maybe that's a matter of taste. Also nice touch on the water droplets, the angle of the body is cool, however the way the abdomen disappears into the scaled lower torso gives the false impression that her torso's two thin… just one of those things… Overall though damn cute, makes me want to go fishing!! ;) :) Biz :)

This is really very wonderful, The right hand is done very well and the left hand looks slightly like the fingers aren't attatched to anything. The jaw line is a bit angular on one side, and showing more of the mermaid tail would reduce the look of her waist being WAY too thin, The shoulders could be a bit wider, but other than that, I absolutely love the colouring and her hair. This is a very mystical looking peice. ^^ Congrats.

Oh my lordy wow! And you did this by hand without any computer help? This is stunningly amazing. I love how well you have everything drawn and all of it just speaks to me. Alright, that was a bit corny. I know, but still. This is an amazing piece and the coloring on the eyes is spectacular. I really envy your skills. It isn't every day I get to see work that is done like this outside of the computer and I must bow down to this work of art. I adore it. Ten of Ten.
