Comment/Review: First off, good job. The organic flow of the female character is very well placed. She has a poise of majesticness about her. Two points. One, next time you scan from screen tone allways scan in Black & White, it rids you of 90% of the drawing flaws and solid color fils. It also takes out the layered look of using multiple layer effect. The use of white out is not necessarily a good idea, but it comes out poorly in the screen tone you used. Obtain a rub tool (sandpaper like tool) and sketch out the background so only you can see it through the tone. Then rub out the area and use a screpe tool to get detailed star effects. Lastly this may not be much of an issue but the screen tone in the background is a little light. This gives me the impression of a city scape further in the distance. If this is your intent then leave it alone, if not then perhaps a less gradiated pattern from a darker color. I hate crosshatching but like screen toning, the job on the characters only needs a slight light gradient over the pattern rubbed with the rubbing tool to keep the organic flow of the clothing. Screeners use up to 3 layers in an area to create a single effect. I hope this helps, and again I like the work on the people you have done and the attempt for a background which will really make or break your drawing.

Comment/Review: I dont like it when people berate their own artwork. Youve obviously worked very hard on certain areas of it and it shows. I think it wauld be a great picture if you added color and instead of using the pattern fill, did it on your own. I like her dress, maybe if you drew the pattern it has, you might like it more. Nice work, really. Dont be hard on yourself, you have a lot more talent than 90% of the people that post images here!
