This one turned out so much better in color! The concept of this works well. I think why Summer looks so out of place is because the backgrounds of all the others show a natural progression through the color wheel, while Summer jumps that pattern. One thing that I would suggest if you try a composition like this again is to make the borders between them less defined - pull out the vertical dividers all together and let the backgrounds, hair and skin tones run together. Also, if you keep the words at all (I don't particularly think they're necessary, myself) see if you can find a font style that lets the art shine through in a semi-transparent way. That way, the text blends with the image instead of fighting with it for attention. Overall, this is a very bold and dynamic piece.

When I saw this artwork, I was blown away. The colors are lively, drawing my eyes to the picture. The first thing that caught my eye when I looked at the enlarged picture was that everyone one of the characters are viewed with their left eye uncovered. I thought it was a unique position. I don't know if you did it on purpose and if you did, I would like to know what gave you the incentive to have them look out with only their left eye. I beleive Summer looks out of place becuase she is so dark in comparison to the other women in such a close quarter. Maybe if their skin tones varied more across the board. Plus Summer being right next to winter would make her look incredibly darker. Spectacular job!

The coloring is bright and lively, the theme is wonderful. Winter does look a little squished, but I think the way Summer is leaning adds to the illusion. The only thing about Winter that I really find off is the purple in the bg doesn't feel cold. I think maybe light blue tipped white hair and her hair color of blue as the bg instead would have relayed a chill better. Overall I really loved it when I saw it and went, Yes this is great.~Fanilia

Love the way you did the noses with these ones Songie ^^ The general theme is pulled off well, the contrast is well done indeed (I actually like the differences in summer), and overall it looks warm and inviting, great colour balance, Winters image looks a bit squashed, but that could be a formatting thing, your images are always fool of heart, you just gotta like them! ^^ Biz

Great use and choice of colour. There's not much to give critique on. I think the line art could be a little cleaner (there's a lot of greylead in there) and Summer does seem a little out of place. I think yellow would have been a more fitting background colour if her hair was another colour. Green often makes me think of Spring when related to seasons. But otherwise, well done!

Ojamashimasu! Winter is now my favorite season. Whee~... ^^ Ahem. Nice pastel finish, bringing that dreamy feel. I do understand the color themes, but Summer does look a bit out of place. I think it's because she's dark-skinned with a very bright blonde mane. That being said, still a nice work of art, and I am in love with winter. Whee~... Lots of love and chocolate! ~Sada-chan

I love the feeling of sexiness! Each one is so sultry and yet demure... you can't help but get caught up in their eyes! I'm not a huge fan of the text, but the image itself is beautiful~
