First off, I love the outfit. Military styles are sweet on anyone in my opinion. Her body seems somwhat stiff though, with her arm going straight across like it does and her other arm just kind of pointed off to the side. Work on natural positions of the body. Practice by drawing real people or by copying other's art and getting your own feel for it (no posting these though!) Once you out proportions, you can focus on the finer details of a picture.

To add to Fan's comments on proportions, Foxy's upper thighs are too close together, they need to be spaced out a little bit more. As for her head and face, it's hard to tell if shes looking to her right, or if she's looking straight ahead. The reason for the confusion is because of the placement of her nose, it's either too far off to the side or the head is not drawn in the 3/4 view. Other than that, keep drawing and you'll improve in no time.

The first thing I will mention is the size. 44.5 kb is a very small file and is what is causing the pixelation of your image. You don't have to post it at 2000 x 4000 and 500kb and actually the physical size 668 x 1050 is not too large or too small. The basic body shapes are not bad, though the tail looks a little high up if I imagine where it must attach to her body. The colours you chose look good together. Except the pants are the same colour as her skin which made me think for a moment that he had no pants. Keep working on your proportions and then give the line art a little more detail.
