Not bad for a first try. The colouring is nice, the shading is very light. I would suggest you define the nose and brows some. Since the eyes are so dark and the line of the mouth is present the lack of defination mostly in the nose looks off. The way the characters name is draws the eye away from the central figure, I would remove it from the background and if you need it in there you might try putting it as an outer frame to the colour circle in the background, and you might want to download and use the font associated with the Naruto show. Overall its a nice image and the eyes really stand out nicely.~Fanilia
