Hey guys, thanx for reviewing so far. Now just the normal stuff and onto the fic!

Ok this is my friends' fic but she doesn't have the internet so she asked me to edit it and put it up for her. This is her first fic and she doesn't know a lot about beyblade so sorry if the characters aren't exactly perfect. Read and review please. Flames are welcome. This is a KaixOc fic. It did used to be ReixOc aswell. But we changed that.

“Tyson's buying.” Mina announced as they climbed back into her car and headed back to Tyson's house.

 

“WHAT?” Kai smirked at Tyson's crestfallen face. Max patted his shoulder comfortingly and Rei tried not to laugh. When they arrived back at Tysons house, Kai called the pizza place and ordered their pizzas. They decided to walk to get the pizzas and to eat them in the park. Tyson got over the fact that he was paying as the exited the house and began to chat excitedly to Max. The mindless noise did not cease as they reached the pizza place. Tyson paid for the pizza and they walked towards the park. Tyson and Max were still talking non-stop. Kenny was walking next to Rei and glancing over at Mina every six seconds, as if he was making sure she wouldn't attack him. Rei had replaced the batteries in his Discman and now had Greenday playing in his ears. Kai and Mina walked a little farther behind everyone else. They were carrying the pizza and both held a dagger in one hand to keep Tyson away. They were also having a very interesting conversation.

 

“You've seen one? That's so cool. I haven't, I wish I could though.” Mina switched the pizza's to her opposite hand and Kai continued the conversation.

 

“Yeah, I saw it when I was…seven I think. It freaked me out though, because I was the only one who could see it. Tala and the others were talking to me and trying to find out why I was suddenly white as a sheet and all I could do was stare at it.” Max turned around.

 

“Hey guys! We're here! Can I have my pizza now?” Rei grinned and dropped to the grass beneath a large tree. Kenny sat a few feet away watching Tyson and Max bounce around an increasingly angry Kai and Mina.

 

“Christ sake Tyson! Sit down or I'll give it to the trashcan!” Kai threatened. Mina muffled her laughter and Tyson turned to her.

 

“What's so funny?”

 

“Oh, well Kai threatened to give it to the trashcan. But you ARE a human trashcan, so either way he has to.”

 

“OH…okay…” Tyson grabbed his pizza from Kai and sat beside Max. Mina turned to Kai.

 

“How long do you think it'll take him to realize it was an insult?” Kai looked at Tyson and back to Mina.

 

“I'd give him to the next millennia.” Mina laughed and nodded her agreement. She took a pizza and handed the other to Rei and Kenny before she and Kai sat down and continued their previous conversation.

 

“So you were the only one to see it?” Mina asked before taking a huge bite from her pizza. Kai nodded and finished chewing.

 

“Yeah. It was right in the middle of class too.”

 

“Class?” Rei asked before he could help himself. Kai just nodded.

 

“Yeah. They may have been psychotic bastards who wanted to take over the world and shit, but they still had to teach us math's and crap like that.” Kai returned to the previous subject. “So it appeared in the middle of class and I started swearing. Boris was trying to speak and everyone just turned and stared at me like I was insane. Good reason too, no one else could see it.”

 

“What are you guys talking about?!” Asked an overly happy Max. Kai rolled his eyes and took another slice of pizza while Mina glared at him.

 

“What is this? Piss off the witch day?”

 

“Sorry, but no one has ever had such a long conversation with Kai…it's a little freaky.”

 

“Just coz he never talks to you guys doesn't mean he never speaks.” The cool voice cut through the conversation and Tyson began choking on his pizza, though whether this was because he was shocked or just because he was trying to eat three pieces at once was any ones guess.

 

“So Kai. What exactly were you talking about? Apart from swearing in the middle of class.” Bryan asked, sitting next to Kai and grabbing a slice of pizza.

 

“Do you mind?” Rei asked, a little edgy because of what had happened at the world championships.

 

“Obviously we don't.” Tala replied sitting next to Rei. “If we had, then we wouldn't be here. Besides, you guys have pizza, and we have drinks.” Tala turned to Kai. “So Kai, who's your girlfriend?”

 

“My name is Mina. Kai is not my boyfriend and I suggest not pissing me off because you will see an all new definition of pain.” Ian raised his eyebrows at her words. Kenny squeaked and hid behind his laptop.

 

“Unfortunately, she isn't joking.” Kai stated calmly taking another slice of pizza. “And she can get pissed off pretty damn easily.” Kai continued to mutter to himself so that only Bryan and Mina could hear him. Bryan looked at Mina skeptically.

 

“You threatened him with a dagger because he spoke to you?”

 

“Yup!” Mina grinned happily. A ringtone began to play and Mina started before pulling out her mobile. “Hello? Oh…umm…hi? I know I was supposed to call! Jeez you're picky!! Yeah yeah…oh! Sorry! We were at the nut house. I can't put you on speaker because I'm in the park! Well….argh! Gimme a sec!” Mina paused and put her hand over the phone. “Guys, I'm going to be right back.” Mina stood and walked into a small group of trees before continuing the conversation.

“Look, argh! Okay. You can come if you really want to! Just make sure they don't recognize you. Okay, I'll see you soon.” Mina sighed and hung up.

 

“Oh, am I really that bad to talk to?” Came a cocky voice from behind her. Mina spun around and faced the young girl that had appeared behind her.

 

“Christ don't do that!” The girl raised an eyebrow.

 

“Christ doesn't exist. If he did then he wouldn't have sentenced my friends to a childhood of servitude and pain.” The girl replied, venom lacing the words and her eyes fixed in a poisonous glare. Mina shrunk back a little.

 

“Okay, okay! I'm sorry. Calm down!” The girl shook her head and blinked.

 

“Sorry. Okay, you can come up with the details.”

 

“Yeah yeah.” Mina muttered before grabbing her friends' wrist and pulling her back to where the others had finished their pizza.

Oh shit. Calm, remain calm. Was all I could think while Mina led me back to the bladebreakers. My eyes widened as I saw the Demolition boys sitting with them. Why didn't she tell me they were here?!

 

“Hey guys! This is my friend Joanna.” Mina introduced me.

 

“You can call me Jo.” I said quickly. “I hate the name Joanna.” Mina sat down and I followed her lead. God they're staring. I hate it when people stare.

 

“Jo this is Max, Kenny, Kai, Rei, Tyson and I don't know their names!” Mina indicated to each person as she spoke.

 

“You're the Demolition Boys, Tala, Bryan, Ian and Spencer.” I stated, they stared at me again. “I used to live in Russia and while I don't blade, it's kind of hard to miss your names when you're always on TV.” They bought it. But I felt another gaze on me. My eyes caught Tysons. His glare was cold, cruel and calculating. Oh shit, don't tell me…fuck…

 

“Your hair's white.” Tyson stated simply and I rolled my eyes.

 

“Yes, my hair is white. It is natural. My eyes are black, it is natural. I do not enjoy people staring at me, I have a short temper. Consider that a warning.” Tyson just snorted and went back to his pizza. Mina and Kai started talking with Tala and Rei was talking to Bryan and Spencer while Ian watched over Kenny's shoulder. I jumped as Max's face appeared in my line of vision.

 

“Hey, do you want some pizza!” He shoved the pizza in my hands. Great, I've just eaten and…shit…god I wish he'd stop staring at me!

 

“What's wrong Jo? Don't like pizza?” Tyson was smirking. Shit…stupid food.

 

“No, I love pizza. It's just been a while since I had any. Strict diet you know.”

 

“I'll bet. One food group?” Christ, he knows…shit.

 

“Yes actually.” Mina interrupted. “Jo's a vegetarian.” I am? Since when?

 

“Well then, let's go and get more pizzas. We can get enough for everyone and more for me! Think you can eat a small pizza by yourself Jo?”

 

“Tyson, what's wrong with you? You had no problem with Mina and now you're torturing her friend?” Rei saves the day…I hope.

 

“Sorry.” Tyson said, though it was obvious that he didn't mean it. “Come, lets get more pizza.” He stood and dragged Max to his feet. “What are you guy's doing here anyway?” He asked the Demolition Boys.

 

“Don't you guys know?” Ian asked in surprise.

 

“Know what?”

 

“Mr. Dickenson called all the teams together. There's going to be a huge meeting in about a week. We got here yesterday.” Tala explained as we neared the pizza shop.

 

“Hey guys, you guys get the pizzas and Jo and I will get some more drinks.” Mina grabbed my hand and dragged me towards a corner store.

 

“We won't forget your pizza Jo!” Tyson called as we left. Am I in deep shit if he talks. Hell yeah.
