Evil Island Again?

Man was the battle between Ishizu and Kai getting pretty tense. Both bladers were on their top game, and it ended up as a tie. Kai seemed very upset that Ishizu didn't use her Millenia attack in the battle. Well, it is hard to get along with Kai sometimes, and there was a bit of a fight. But Ishizu agreed to stay with us and help out, and now, we're on our way to the dreaded battle against the Wraiths.

"My instructions told me to drop you off at this dock, and tell you to get in the boat," he replied. Everyone shrugged. They all stepped off the bus, and it quickly pulled away. There was no one here, and for miles it seemed.

"This is very suspicious," declared Kai. Everyone nodded.

"Something's not right," announced Ray.

"I know what you mean, I'm getting this creepy feeling," stated Kenny.

"Oh well, looks like our only option is to get into that boat," Tyson said, walking forward. Slowly the others filed behind him. This is all too werid... thought Ishizu, in her hand, she squeezed Ra tightly, before placing the blade in her pocket. She glanced up at Kai as he walked two in front of her. They all filed into the boat.

"Now what?" asked Hilary.

"So glad you asked," said a voice. Everyone looked everywhere.

"There," stated Max, pointing out a voice box.

"Very good, Max. Welcome Blade Breakers, and looks like Ishizu has mingled into your group. I should not be the first to, but congratulations on your sweep in the European Championship. But just sit tight, the boat will take you to battle the Wraiths." The boat started up. "Its remote controlled." They all looked at eachother. The boat pulled away and kept on going. It was a pretty big boat, it didn't really look like a speed boat, but it was more like a fishing boat with an indoor area. "The sea water is a bit chilly, why don't you all step inside to keep warm."

"He is right, it is a bit cold out here," stated Max. Hilary was rubbing her arms, a bit cold. Ishizu wanted to, but didn't want to show the others a weakness in her. They all walked inside.

In a control room, Dr. Kay was grinning at the screen of all the Blade Breakers in the cabin. She was grinning and laughing lightly. "OK, I think its time for the Blade Breakers to take a nap..." One of the scientists typed a code into his computer. On the screen there were graphic of darts.

Back on the ship, they all looked around. "I don't like this at all," said Kai. "Its not right."

"Yea, Mr. Dickenson would have told us if we needed to get to this place by a boat," declared Tyson.

"True, and this place doesn't look too cosy," stated Hilary.

"No one cares if you're comfortable or not," snapped Tyson.

"Will both of you shut up?" asked Ishizu angerly, clenching her fist, and the scientist noticed it.

"Dr. Kay, look, the new kid has a blade, and it looks like there's a bit beast in it," stated the scientist.

"Get the pattern of it and figure out what the bit beast is!" shouted Dr. Kay. Zagart was sitting quietly in his chair, he smirked a bit. Kenny opened up his labtop.

"What's going on Dizzi?" he asked. "Where are we?"

"Sorry chief, I got nothing," Dizz replied. "The satalite that Mr. Dickenson lets me use seems to be blocked." Suddenly, all the doors shut and locked, the windows shut and locked.

"What's going on?" cried Hilary. Kai ran to the door as it was shutting. He missed it, and tried to open it.

"Locked." The others went to the windows.

"Same thing," stated Ray. Holes in the wall started to open up. Back in the control room, Dr. Kay was grinning.

"Dr. Kay. I found out the origin of this bit beast. Its the legendary golden gryffon bit beast," he stated.

"Ra as he's called," declared the Doctor. The scientist nodded. Zagart's smirk widened. Soon those bit beasts will be mine, and I'll be able to convert them into my weapons, and I'll be able to take over the world... And it seems that Ra will be a nice treat to add to this. All their bit beasts can help me obtain the Ancient One. I have hunted for that bit beast for decades. And now I'll be able to obtain it and take control of the world. Those kids won't know what hit them...

"This is not good," stated Tyson. Hilary started to back up. The scientist in the room told Dr. Kay, dart 1 was ready.

"No," cried Ishizu. "Stay close." But as she was saying something, they heard a noise.

"What was that?" asked Tyson. Suddenly Hilary fell on her knees. And then she landed on the ground, asleep. In her shoulder was a dart.

"Hilary!" cried Tyson.

"Watch out!" shouted Ray.

"And now dart 2," said the scientist to Dr. Kay and Zagart. Max was closest to Hilary, he kneeled down, and looked at her shoulder.

"Its the darts, they must have something in them that puts you to sle-" Max was hit, he landed next to Hilary, asleep.

"Oh I hope they're computer friendly!" cried Dizzi.

"I think they are coming from the walls, stay clear of them. Dizz and I'll try to tap into their system." Kenny quickly bent over Dizzi and started typing.

"I'm on it Chief!" cried Dizzi.

"So how do you suppose we stay away from them?" asked Tyson.

"Close your eyes and listen for them. They make a sound," reminded Ray. "It'll help you dodge them." Everyone but Kenny closed their eyes. The room was silent, except for the key strokes.

"Ok, dart 3 and 4 away," said the scientist. The third and fourth darts were launched. Everyone but Kenny heard it. They all opened their eyes, and ducked.

"Down CHIEF!" shouted Tyson. But Kenny was too slow, the third dart hit him in the lower arm. He fell to the ground. The fourth dart went zooming at Ray, but he had heard it closing in, and he turned his body, the dart just missed him. That was close, he thought as he saw the dart smash into the wall and stuck there.

"I have an idea," stated Tyson. He took out his blade.

"Three down, just four to go. Dart five is ready."

"LET IT RIP!" cried Tyson, as he shot his blade as the wall, it seemed to stick there, and tear into the side. "Do it Dragoon!" The blade ripped through the wall horizontally. It ended up destroying the launcher of the fifth dart.

"Doctor, they have destroyed two of the launchers. We have to switch to load dart 10," said the scientist. Dr. Kay was growling.

"Then do it you fool, hurry up before they destroy all the others." They loaded the dart. Dragoon came back to Tyson. He loaded Dragoon for another launch, but was hit in the hand by one.

"I'm hit," he said, as he fell asleep. They all looked at Tyson fall asleep, snoring loudly.

"Dart 15 is ready to load." The dart was shot, but its laucher had been damaged, so it was released slower, and very visible to the nake eye. Ishizu heard the sound of the launcher and then the dart shot out. It was heading straight for Kai. Ishizu ran as fast as she could.

"Kai, watch out!" she cried. Ishizu jumped infront of Kai, actually she jumped right into him, to block the dart. Both fell down. Kai landed on his butt, and Ishizu landed on Kai, her head was on his lap and arms hanging down the sides of his legs, her hands were flat on the floor, as she lied there asleep.

"Ishizu," he said softly. She was hit, the dart sticking out of her back.

"You OK?" asked Ray having seen Ishizu jump at Kai, as he dodged another dart. Kai nodded.

"Yea, I am," he said. Kai didn't know what to do. The person who seemed to resent him had just kept Kai awake longer, but then he felt a prick in his neck. Kai moved his hand over it, and felt the dart. He quickly jerked it back and out of his neck. His eyes started to close, and he felt woozie. He fell back, and was asleep. Ray saw Kai get hit and go down.

"Quickly, launch another!" shouted Dr. Kay. The last dart was sent out aiming at Ray.

"Kai," he shouted, but she was sleep like the others. Ray then felt all sleepy himself. As he realized his was hit with a dart in his upper arm. He fell to the ground asleep.

"Guys, you all ok out there?" she asked. "Kenny didn't move the camera. Guys!... Guys?" All of them lied there asleep, and the boat kept on speeding down. Dr. Kay was grinning widely. They will be mine. I have big plans for their bit beasts, and it will be Ra who will lead them into the battles to come...

Ray started to wake up. His vision was a bit blurry, but soon he gained his focus back. Where am I? He sat up, onto his knees, and looked around. He was in a square room, made of stone. There were a few doors, and but no windows. He looked around still. Everyone else was still sleeping on the floor, spread out with metal bands wrapped around their upper arms. "Not these things again," he stated in annoyance, as he tugged at it a bit. The metal band wouldn't budge. Tyson and Hilary started to stir. Both woke up.

"What happened?" asked Hilary, sitting up.

"Really, where are we?" questioned Tyson. "Ray, do you know anything?" Ray shook his head.

"Actually, I just woke up myself," he said. Kenny and Max were the next ones to wake. Finally Ishizu and Kai stirred. Ishizu sat up, she rubbed her back where the dart had hit.

"What's going on?" asked Max. "My head really hurts right now."

"I think all our heads do," declared Kenny. He picked up Dizzi, but didn't have time to open up the laptop.

"Welcome children," said a voice. It was the same one as was on the boat.

"Where are we?" demanded Tyson. "And why are we here?"

"My my, children now adays only want answers to their questions given to them. Never take the time to figure it out on their own," stated Dr. Kay. "But you my dears are on my private island, home to the Wraiths. Here is where you'll battle them."

"I do think so," stated Ray. "I only blade on the main land, not on some strange island. We all did that once before." They all noticed a voice box in the wall, at one of the top corners.

"Not true, young Ray," he replied. "Not all of you bladed the Pyskicks. Ishizu wasn't there."

"So what if she wasn't?" asked Kai. "That doesn't make a difference to us."

"We won't blade, and you can't make us," declared Tyson, clenching his fists.

"Oh, but I can, and I will. You all seem to remember your last encounter on an island like this. Well lets say worse can and will happen here if you choose not to blade. So we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Once you battle one of the Wraiths, than you can leave. The only way off is the blade." Tyson shook his head.

"We got off before, and we will again. I'm sick of listening to you!" he shouted. Tyson shot his blade at the voice box, blasting it. Max looked up and saw a camera. Well, lets see how many of those they have here... thought Max. He launched Draceil at it, destroying the camera.

"Doctor, they've taken out camera 5," said a scientist.

"Then fix it," replied Dr. Kay. "There is no escape for those children."

Tyson looked around, "That'll give us some time. Come on, lets find a door out of here." Everyone nodded, and they headed to a door. It opened to the outside. Everyone ran out. It was a ledge that was about five feet wide. It was a long steep drop into the ocean down below. Sharp rocks grew out of the ocean, and it had to be like fifty feet below them.

"As I said, there's no escape unless you blade," said Dr. Kay.

"Sorry lady, but you aren't going to get us to blade," declared Tyson. Dr. Kay nodded to another scientist. Suddenly the guys outside heard a new voice.

"Area 3 will self destruct in 3 minutes and counting..." Kai growled, and ran back into the room. Everyone followed him.

"There has to be a way off," declared Kai. Everyone nodded.

"The boat. There has to be a radio on it. And it is probably still here," Ishizu stated.

"Yea, we got here by that, maybe we can use that radio to signal for help," added Kenny.

"First we have to get out of this place, and then find the harbor," stated Hilary. Ray nodded.

"Check the rest of the doors." They opened all the doors. All had brick walls built into them. "Man, do we have to relive this all over again?"

"I'm guessing its coming back to haunt us," declared Tyson. Hilary opened the last door. It was an actual door. In the room was a ladder that led down.

"Hey guys, I found something," she said. Everyone ran over to her. Kai went in and down the ladder. Landing, the light from the square room lit up the area. It looked like a mine shaft. With a rail car and everything. The tracks led into the darkness, except for a few lamps he could see stationed down.

"How's it looking down there?" asked Tyson.

"Alls fine. Come on down." Tyson started down first.

"Your turn Chief," stated Ray. Kenny, with his laptop in hand, started down the ladder. "Max." Putting his launcher back in his pocket, Max waited a second for Kenny to get down a bit more, before taking the ladder down. "Hilary or Ishizu. Whichever."

"You go," said Ishizu.

"You sure?"

"Just go, we don't have much more time to argue," quickly reminded Ishizu. Hilary made her way down. The ladder ended about 10 feet short from the ground. As Hilary made her way down, she noticed Tyson and Kai were spotting the others.

"Hurry up Hilary," stated Tyson.

"OK, I'm jumping." Hilary let go of the ladder, and pushed off. She went falling back. Tyson caught her and put her down.

"Go and head for the cart, get in with Chief and Max. We'll be there in a sec." Ray looked at Ishizu. She looked back. Both knew what was going to be asked.

"Your turn," said Ishizu, before Ray could finish saying the same thing. "Go." Ray nodded. He made it all the way down.

"Come on Ishizu!" shouted Tyson. Ishizu looked around the room one last time. Then she started down the ladder. Making her way down, she missed a step, and slid down a bit.

"You OK?" asked Ray.

"As fine as I can be," was all she answered dangling about 15 feet in the air.

"Just jump from there," stated Tyson. "We'll catch you." Ishizu gulped. "Ready... now." She closed her eyes, and pushed herself backwards, and then let go. It seemed like a while she was falling, almost flying. Kai and Ray caught her, Kai mostly. Opening her eyes, she was placed down.

"Quickly, to the cart," stated Kai. Ishizu and the others ran off towards it. Max, Hilary, and Kenny were all seated in the cart, Tyson was positioned to push it.

"Not this time, buddy. You and Ishizu are getting in the car now," declared Ray. Tyson slouched his shoulders.

"I can do this-"

"Listen, we don't have the time, unless you want to be pancakes," stated Kenny. "Just get in the car, Tyson."

"Alright, but speaking of pancakes, I am kinda hungry..."

"TYSON!" they all shouted. Tyson jumped in. Ishizu followed. Kai and Ray positioned themselves in the back.

"Ready?" asked Ray. Kai nodded. "Then lets get out of here!" Ray and Kai pushed with all their might and started to run. The car started to pick up the speed. "Time to board." Ray jumped into the moving cart. Kai went to jump, but the car started to get away from him.

"I can't jump it!" Suddenly, Kai was chasing after the cart. Ishizu stuck her hand out.

"Grab my hand!" she cried. Kai reached out for it. He managed to grab Ishizu's hand. "Now JUMP!" As Kai jumped, Ishizu pulled back. Tyson and Max grabbed Ishizu's shoulders to help her pull Kai aboard, then they put their hands on top of Ishizu and Kai's as help. He landed, and they were all a jumble. Quickly they rearanged themselves. The rail car was moving fast down the track.

"Duck a bit so our bodies don't slow this thing down!" stated Ray. Everyone lowered themselves to the ground. Just the top of their heads and their eyes showed over. Dr. Kay. was watching the kids in the rail card.

"Interesting," stated Dr. Kay. "The kids are quicker thinkers than I took them to be. No matter, they can't outsmart me for very long." Suddenly, they heard a booming noise, and it keep growing closer as they speed along. They saw light at the end of the tunnel.

"BRAKE!" cried Hilary. Tyson pulled on the brake, but he was having a hard time. The rocks right behind them tumbled down. Tyson couldn't get the brake to budge. Max leaned over to help, and they heard the streaching sound of the car's rusty old brakes. The others covered their ears. The car finally managed to stop, but they were on the end of the broken track. Everyone took a breath of sigh. Looking back, they noticed ten feet back, there were rocks covering it all.

"Man, were we lucky on that one," declared Max.

"You said it buddy," stated Tyson.

"Hey look up there!" chimed Kenny. "Its land. We must be coming out of the wall, and look over there, I bet you we can climb to the top."

"Great spot Chief," stated Ray. "Here, let me go first. If I think I can't make it, we'll have to find another solution." Ray climbed out of the rail car carefully, and made his way to the rock wall. Step by step he made it up, until he was at the top. Ray poked his head over. "Its kinda hard, but you'll all manage. Come up one at a time." Ishizu was the closest so she went first. Carefully she got out of the car, without tipping it. Grasping the rocks, Ishizu made her way up, Ray coaching her the whole time. She finally made it to the top, Ray helping her over. Next went Tyson, then Hilary, Kenny, Max, and Kai. Once they were all up, everyone looked around. They were on the outside of a jungle. Hilary started to look off the coast lines.

"What are you doing?" asked Tyson.

"Well, if we need to find a radio, then we need to find a boat. If we need a boat, we need to find a habor, and a harbor in on the sea. You would know that if you payed attention in school how many years ago?" sarcastically asked Hilary. Tyson growled.

"I knew that-"

"Hey look, all the way down there!" cried Ray. Everyone gazed at the little thing that Ray was pointing at.

"Hey it is a habor," stated Kenny. Hilary stuck her tongue out at Tyson, who folded his arms across and frowned again at being showed up.

"Now we just have to get to it, but how," asked Max.

"I think, maybe take the jungle in that direction," declared Ray. Everyone nodded.

"And hopefully we can avoid who ever is that voice," prayed Kenny. The parade made it into the jungle. They started to walk around all the trees and shrubbery. It seemed like they were getting lost.

"Now what?" asked Hilary.

"Maybe the first would like the blade?" asked the voice. They all looked around. "You actually think you can all hide from me? I can see your every move, every time. I see all of you, I see Tyson squeezing his fist, Ray standing next to Kenny, and Kai standing in the back, by himself. As I told you before, I can and will make you blade. That is if you don't corropterate."

"Sorry, but our offer still stands," declared Tyson.

"Very well, let the games begin....." The kids looked at eachother.

"Be prepared for anything," said Tyson. Nothing happened for a bit. Slowly they kept on walking, in a bit of a group. Suddenly, out of the trees swung a kid. No one noticed him quick enough, or where he was going. The kid reached out and grabbed Kenny's labtop, knocking Kenny and Hilary down to the ground. He kept swinging away laughing. Ishizu started off quickly after the kid.

"Hey!" cried Kenny. "Give that back!" Tyson helped Kenny up, and Max helped up Hilary. They all started after the direction of the laughing kid and Ishizu. Ishizu was a fast runner, but still was having a hard time keeping up with the kid. This this is annoying, she thought. Everyone else started running.

"Man, Ishizu's fast, or she got a better start than we thought," panted Tyson a bit.

"Maybe if you were in better shape..." started Hilary, as they all ran. Ishizu was still running around the trees and jumping over the over grown roots, naturally. That was until she saw the kid standing, and slid to a stop. When the others caught up and surrounded Ishizu, the kid was standing in a bit of a clearing, a blading dish in front of him. In his arms was the laptop.

"Gimme my lap top right now," demanded Kenny. The kid continued to laugh a bit.

"You want this so bad, you'll have to blade for it," stated the kid. Kenny growled a bit.

"But that's mine, you have no right on taking it!" he shouted.

"Hey, alls fair in love and war. And you're on the battle grounds," declared the kid, Yuri; he pointed at Ishizu. "And I think you'd be a worthy opponet to blade. So step up to get your stupid laptop back." Ishizu looked at him, her expression didn't change. She didn't say a thing, or move a muscle. "Well, what do you say?" Ishizu just still stared at him, speechless. The boy started to get annoyed. "Are you mute or something?" Ishizu closed her eyes, and turned away.

"Fine, if you don't want to blade for this, I surely could have fun loading virus after virus into it..." Ishizu quickly lifted her head, opening her eyes wide in shock. Her head whipped around. Everyone gasped.

"NO!" shouted Max. He stepped forward. "I won't let you do that. I'll blade you, but when I win, you give me the lap top back." The boy looked at Ishizu first, and then back at Max. He seemed to sigh, but nodded.

"And since this is now final, I win, you give me your bit beast," replied Yuri. Everyone was in shock.

"Max, you can't risk it," stated Tyson.

"Yes I can; he's right, alls fair in love and war. And this is war. We just have to play out our battles," declared Max. "And this one's mine. Kenny, I'll get you your lap top back." Max started forward. Tyson moved forward to stop him, but Ishizu put her hand on his shoulder, stopping him. Tyson whipped around.

"What are you doing?" asked Tyson. "You're the one who didn't want to blade." Ishizu took her hand away, and remained silent. Ishizu closed her eyes, to hide a tear forming, and stepping into the back of the group, until she was starting in the woods. Tyson turned again. So that's it? I have to sit here and watch my buddy blade for his bit beast and Kenny's lap top? How can they do it? And how could Ishizu not battle that kid? wondered Tyson. Max made it up to the dish. He set up his blade to the launcher. Yuri did the same.

"Ready?" asked Max. Yuri nodded. "Then let it rip!" Both blades went flying into the dish. They went crashing into eachother right away. "Get him Draceil. Show no mercy!" The button on Max's arm started to blink its light.

"Data on Max and his Draceil engaged," stated a scientist. The green blade started to push back Yuri's back. But the other blader didn't seemed fazed at all by the assult placed upon him, he remained silent. "Yea, doing good Draciel." Draciel knocked the blade off balance. Max was grinning, but so was Yuri. Why does he look so content? wondered Max. I'll wipe that smirk off his face, and get Dizzi back in no time. Suddenly Yuri's blade started bouncing away from Draceil. Max's expression was full of surprise. How does his blade to that? "Get him!" The green blade went charging at the other, but right before it could hit, Yuri's blade bounced, over to the otherside.

"Lets go HexLeopard!" cried Yuri!

"HexLeopard?" thought Kenny outloud. "That sounds so familar. Oh yea, that kid Kato had a bit beast named HexLeo." Yuri was grinning.

"I see you met one of our ex-members of the Wraiths, Kato. Too bad Ishizu wooped him bad, but thanks to her, our bit beasts are now stronger, and you'll taste the meaning of true power!" cried Yuri. Their bitbeasts are stronger because Ishizu beat Kato? I don't get it, thought Tyson. It doesn't make sence. "GO HEXLEOPARD!" The yellow bit beast jumped out of its blade. It hissed and made a loud cry. The bit beast was a decent size, but it still packed a lot of power. The blade charged straight at Draceil, who was still at the edge of the dish.

"Anxioty level is rising, the bit beast is coming," stated the scientist.

"Oh no you don't!" cried Max. "Metal Ball Defense!" Draceil came out of the blade, and took the impact of the charging leopard. He managed to stay in the dish and push the leopard back. Do it now, Yuri, furiously thought Dr. Kay. But Yuri didn't for a bit. The blades were at a standstill as they attacked. Draceil holding off HexLeopard as well as he could.

"Its time HexLeopard, Theif attack!" cried Yuri. The Blade backed away from Draceil. What's he doing? wondered Max. Suddenly the blade started to glow a bit. HexLeopard had croutched down low, and the metal on his head started to glow a funny color. Draceil started to feel a bit woozy. Max started to feel tired himself. They noticed energy transfering from Draceil to HexLeopard.

"Hey what's he doing?" asked Hilary.

"Energy level of both Draceil and Max are going down steadily," declared the scientist. Yes, yes, yes, thought Dr. Kay.

"Yuri's bitbeast is somehow draining the energy out of Draceil and obtaining it!" cried Kenny panicing. Max was thinking quick, his blade was starting to wobble. He watched the bitbeasts. It has something to do with HexLeopard's mind. Maybe if I can get Draceil to focus on something new, maybe he could quickly attack...

"Draceil!" cried Max. The bit beast looked over at him. "Lets try something new. Tidal Rush!" The bit beast turned back to the distracted HexLeopard. The bit beast used what energy that wasn't being drained from him and full charged at HexLeopard. The HexLeopard was caught off guard and didn't react in time to dodge or defend himself from the massive tidal wave coming at him. "That's it Draceil!"
"What?!" cried Yuri aloud. Max was grinning widely.

"You show him Draceil!"

"He's doing it!" stated Tyson. The green blade totally wiped out the other blade. Yuri was standing stunned.

"And that's game," he stated, grinning. "And with that comes the computer. Hand it over." Yuri placed it on the ground, and grabbed his blade. Dashing he jumped up in the trees and started to run along the branches away.

"You won this battle, but the war is still far from over," he replied. Back in the lab, Gideon wasn't too pleased by the outcome of the battle.

"Explain yourself doctor. I don't want to have to look for another scientist again," he stated. Dr. Kay smirked.

"From your stories of Dr. B, he was after the bitbeasts of the Blade Breakers themselves. But what makes up the bitbeast, is the amount of energy in it. Now, I am trying to get the bit beasts of the Blade Breakers for you, but as you have seen before, its not successfully proven. So I divised a code into the bitbeasts of the Pyschics, one which when their opponet is activate, it will drain the other bitbeast of its energy, almost until its no more...." Max picked up the laptop and then his blade. He handed Kenny his computer.

"Here you go," stated Max.

"Thanks Max," replied Kenny.

"What did he mean by the war is not over?" asked Max. Ray walked up.

"I guess he means we have to do this all over again, and continue battling them, until all of us have bladed," declared Ray. Tyson nodded.

"But its stupid, avoide the battles where possible, until we can get to that radio." Kai was looking around.

"Where's Ishizu?" he asked. Everyone started looking around too, Ishizu wasn't anywhere to be seen.
